Public Space Renovations: August 10 - September 10, 2015
Beginning on August 10, 2015, the hotel's public space will be under renovation. This work will affect the lobby, meeting space, restaurant and lounge. The expected completion date is September 10, 2015. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. Four ADA compliant guest rooms are available with king beds and four ADA compliant guest rooms are available with two double beds.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). All alcohol must also be purchased from the hotel, there are no outside alcoholic beverages allowed.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
The hotel does not accept personal checks as a form of payment.

Connecting rooms may be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 75 USD is imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date at check-in.
Extra Bedding Policy
Upon request, the hotel will happily furnish one rollaway bed in king bedded rooms at no additional charge. Rollaway beds are limited to one per room and are provided on a first-come, first -serve basis upon arrival. Rollaway beds are not permitted in rooms with two double beds.
Gift Certificate Policy
The hotel is pleased to honor gift certificates based upon availability and with prior arrangements. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Requests for late checkout are based on availability. Departing after 2pm will result in a charge of 50% of the nightly room rate plus tax. After 4pm, the nightly room rate plus tax will be applied.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We are happy to welcome canine friends up to 40 pounds at no additional fee. No other pets are permitted.
A waiver must be signed at check-in and pets may not be left unattended in the guestrooms.
Please ask about our Westin Heavenly Dog Bed and additional pet amenities for your stay. Availability may vary.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Full payment for the guest room and tax must be provided upon check-in.
Credit card authorization forms are accepted for third party payment. Please contact in-house reservation directly to make arrangements.
If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, they are required to leave a 200 USD refundable deposit for incidentals.
Under the Breathe Westin™ program, the hotel proudly offeres a 100% smoke-free environment for its travelers in all guest rooms, public spaces, and restaurants. Registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite will be liable for an additonal fee of 200 USD.
