Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be 18 years or older with a valid ID to check in.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per day and 300 USD per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request, subject to availability. Only connections between king rooms, or king and double rooms, are available.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to offer early check-ins, subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, guests must reserve the room for the previous night, at the full room rate.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates for overnight accommodations can be redeemed solely based on availability, at the discretion of the hotel.
The hotel welcomes dogs under 40 pounds, and provides complimentary dog beds and bowls for use during your stay. Regrettably, no other pets are allowed.
Guests traveling with a dog must sign a waiver upon check-in, and are advised to contact Service Express® to arrange a convenient time for housekeeping services. A minimum fee of 100 USD applies in the event of disturbances or damage to the room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All third-party billing requests must have a deposit on file prior to the guest's arrival. Guests should call the front desk and ask for a Front Desk Manager to arrange for a third party payment.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
