Restrictions on the Acceptance of US Currency
Due to recent local regulations, the acceptance of US Dollars in cash is now restricted across Mexico. Payments with credit/debit cards remain unaffected. Please provide arrangements to settle your accounts and other expenses with a credit card or in Mexican Pesos. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our guests.
We are happy to serve alcoholic beverages to guests ages 18 and above (with valid identification).
Early Departure Policy
If you would like to check out before the date confirmed at your arrival, you will be charged for one additional night's stay plus taxes.
Early Arrival Policy
Our check-in time is 3pm. Early arrivals are subject to availability. If you'd like to guarantee a room for an early arrival, we are happy to do so for 50% of your room rate. Early arrivals before 7am will be charged a full night's room and fees.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are happy to provide an extra rollaway bed upon request (subject to availability). Maximum occupancy for any room is 3 adults or 2 adults and one child. Any extra guests staying in the room will be charged $45 plus taxes.
Gift Certificate Policy
Prior to being issued, all our gift certificates must be approved by the General Manager or Director of Sales and Marketing. Any person who wishes to use a gift certificate must notify the hotel in advance and present the original gift certificate upon arrival.
Late Checkout Policy
Our checkout time is 1pm. Any departure after this time is subject to 50% of the daily rate. Guests checking out after 6pm will be charged an additional night's room and fees.
We allow guests with dogs that weigh 40 lbs or less to stay at the hotel. Guests will be required to sign a damage waiver.
Local regulations require us to ask non-hotel guests visiting or accompanying our guests into the hotel after 10pm to check-in at the front desk with a valid ID.
We ask that all non-local residents present a valid passport or visa upon check-in.
