The hotel is pleased to offer a variety of fully ADA compliant guest rooms that include options such as roll-in showers or bathtubs and showers with grab bars.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room or to check-in.
Checks are accepted as a form of payment.
Check cashing services are available to registered guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has a limited number of suites that connect to Traditional Kings. In order to confirm connecting rooms, please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required for check in. We regret that we do not accept cash or checks to secure room reservations.
Early Departure Policy
Departure prior to the established checkout date will result in a $75 early departure fee.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early check-ins upon request and subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, guests are asked to book a room for the night before arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel has limited number of rollaway beds available. Please call in advance to reserve extra bedding.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
All guests checking in to the hotel are required to show valid, government-issued photo identification.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request and subject to availability. Late checkouts after 3pm will incur a full day's charge. For late checkouts before 3pm, day-use fees may apply.

We are delighted to welcome pets to our hotel. We permit one dog or cat (40 pounds or less) per room and provide the following creature comforts: a Heavenly® Dog Bed, a dog bowl, and a mat. We ask that all dogs be kept on a leash when outside the room and do not permit pets in the hotel's meeting rooms or restaurants. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in and will be charged a penalty for any damage.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A major credit card must be presented at check-in. Cash deposits are not accepted.; however, the hotel accepts cash and checks as forms of payment at check-out.

Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are not accepted.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guests requesting tax-exempt services or items must provide valid state/federal tax exempt forms.
