Early Departure Policy

Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. Guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date may incur a charge of up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay.

Early Arrival Policy

We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals, based on availability. Checking in between 10am and 3pm will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate. For guaranteed arrivals before 10am, guests must reserve the room for the previous night, at the full room rate.

Extra Bedding Policy

It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds and cribs upon request. Cribs and rollaways are only available in suites; please make your request when booking to ensure availability.

Gift Certificate Policy

Please contact the hotel directly to book a room using a gift certificate. Guests must fax or email a copy of their gift certificate at the time of booking and are required to present the original certificate upon check-in.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.

Children under 16 years of age must present an identification card or Hu Kou Ben document upon check-in.

Late Checkout Policy

We are pleased to offer late checkouts, upon request and subject to availability. For checkouts before 6pm, 50% of one night's room rate will apply. Checkouts after 6pm will incur one night's room rate.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Pool Policy

Swimming caps are required.

Reservation Policy

A credit card is required upon check-in. Guests are welcome to pay cash upon checkout.

We are pleased to accept credit card and company guarantees. Company guarantee letters must be arranged 48 hours prior to arrival, and the company is responsible for all charges in the event of a no-show. Guests are required to present payment upon arrival. Smoking Policy

We can accommodate requests for both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms. Please note that smoking is not permitted in any indoor public areas, meeting spaces, or dining venues.
