We do not cash personal checks; however, we will accept certified checks as payment provided they have been pre-approved by our Accounting Department 48 hours prior to arrival.
Only Deluxe Suites offer a connecting option. Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance.
We do not guarantee early arrival requests but will do our best to accommodate them when possible.
Rollaway beds are available (for a fee) upon request and are subject to availability.

Pets are allowed without a fee. There is a maximum of two pets weighing up to 60 pounds each.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
All guests paying in cash will be required to leave a $75 CAD per day deposit upon check-in, in addition to the total amount of room & tax for the stay, to cover potential incidental charges such as telephone calls, in-room movies, etc. Any remaining unused balance will be refunded to the guest upon checkout in Canadian dollars. Credit cards used at check-in will be authorized for the total amount of room & tax including an averaged daily incidental deposit. Authorization holds above the amount owing to the hotel upon checkout can take up to 10 business days to release, depending on the issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank for further details.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the pool unless accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the hot tubs. All persons using the pool area do so at their own risk; there are no lifeguards on duty.
As part of our Breathe Westin® initiative, all of the hotel guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke free. A $250 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in the room.
An agency and its representative must provide proper documentation to claim tax-exempt status. We reserve the right to refuse tax-exempt status if there is a question about the authenticity of the claim or document.
New passport restrictions for air travel to and from the United States and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean have taken effect. Travelers are required to have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States with all air travel. Most travelers can find information at the U.S. Department of State website. Travelers from Canada should check with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
