Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Maximum Occupancy Policy
- The maximum occupancy in all room types—with the exception of Deluxe Rooms with Twin Beds—is two adults and one infant (0 to 4 years). Additional guests over the age of four years will not be allowed an extra bed.
- The maximum occupancy in Deluxe Rooms with Twin Beds is generally three persons: two adults and one infant (0 to 4 years); or three children below the age of 12; or one adult and two children below the age of 12. Additional guests will be required to take an extra bed at cost.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid Passport is required for all guests. Please check with the embassy in the country of departure to see if a Visa is required.
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
