Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check-cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. A limit of $50 per day applies.
Early Departure Policy
A fee of $75 may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy
The hotel accepts incoming and outgoing packages. This service is complimentary but does not include shipping fees.
Dogs of up to 40 pounds are allowed with no deposit or nightly fees. The guest must accept responsibility for any damages incurred. A signed pet waiver is required at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, a $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to your room charges if smoking occurs.
