Disability Accessible Policy
We are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and provide our guests with wheelchair rental, handicap parking and a wheelchair-accessible courtesy shuttle.
Several accessible rooms are available within the hotel with roll-in showers for wheelchair accessibility, accessible sink in the washroom, wider door frames, lowered light switches and lowered closet bars.
These rooms are available with one king-size bed only.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification). Guests may not bring alcoholic beverages purchased off-site into the hotel. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Age Requirement Policy
We require that each guest room be occupied by one adult at least 18 years of age.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We offer babysitting services for our guests (additional charges apply). If you'd like a babysitter, please contact our concierge desk at least 3 days in advance.
Checks are accepted for pre-payment of reservations, however, these must be received 15 days prior to the arrival of the guest. We do not accept checks at the hotel for payment upon departure.
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
There are several connecting rooms within the Saint-Antoine Tower that guests may request at no extra charge, subject to availability upon arrival. Located on the 5th through 19th floor, Traditional Accessible Rooms with one king-size bed connects with Traditional Rooms with two queen-size beds.
Meeting Room Policy
A 15% gratuity will be added to the Food & Beverage invoice for all meetings.
We welcome dogs 40 lbs. and under, but do require a liability waiver and a fee of 30 CAD per night for cleaning. The following services and amenities are available:
- Dog bed
- Bowl and mat
- 'Dog in Room' signage
- Pet welcome kit

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidental charges. To pay by cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and 150 CAD will be collected.

We are proud to offer a 100% non-smoking environment. A cleaning fee of 250 CAD will be applied to the account of any guest who smokes in a guest room.
