For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult to reserve and occupy a room.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are not affiliated with any babysitting providers. However, our concierge will be happy to provide referrals of licensed and bonded babysitting services in the area.
Check Acceptance Policy
The hotel does not accept personal checks as payment. Check cashing services are not available.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms may be requested but cannot be confirmed in advance. Please contact hotel directly for more information.
Recent regulations have restricted the acceptance of US Dollars or any other cash currency in Mexico. However, payments with credit and debit cards remain unaffected.
Please provide arrangements to settle your bill and other expenses with a credit card or in Mexican Pesos.
Early Departure Policy
Guests checking out prior to their departure date as confirmed upon arrival will be charged for one additional night's stay plus taxes.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are subject to availability. We will gladly guarantee your room for early check-in for a fee of 50% of the room rate. Early arrivals before 7am will be charged a full night room rate plus taxes.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are happy to provide rollaway beds upon request (subject to availability), fees apply.
Family Plan Policy
Up to two children under 12 years of age may share a room with their parents, in existing bedding, at no extra charge.
Gift Certificate Policy
The General Manager or Director of Sales and Marketing must approve all gift certificates prior to issue. Any person who wishes to use a gift certificate must notify the hotel in advance and present the original gift certificate upon arrival.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable IDs include drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Additionally, we ask that all non-local residents present a valid passport or visa upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Any departure after standard checkout time is subject to a charge of 50% of the daily room rate. Guests checking out after 6pm will be charged an additional night's room rate plus taxes.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We are happy to accommodate dogs weighing 40 pounds or less. Guests with dogs will be required to sign a damage waiver; a daily cleaning and damage fee applies.
All visitors accessing guest rooms must present a valid ID and be registered at the front desk.
A proud participant in the Breathe Westin® program, our hotel offers 100% smoke-free guest rooms and public spaces. Guests who smoke in a room are charged a cleaning fee of 200 USD + VAT.
