Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to provide an extra Heavenly Rollaway Bed, subject to availability, for all room types - (maximum one extra bed per room). The charge is CNY 345 (inclusive of 15% service charge), per room per night. We are also pleased to provide a Heavenly Crib® at no extra charge. Please contact hotel in advance for extra bed arrangements.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
The hotel accepts gift certificates, Starwood Privilege Complimentary Room Vouchers or hotel-issued vouchers. The original voucher or gift certificate must be presented upon check-in.
All guests checking into the hotel are required to show valid, government-issued, photo ID or a passport.
Late Check-out Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel accepts cash, credit card, local company checks and bank transfers as forms of payments; however, a credit card must always be presented upon check-in.
Cash withdraw from credit card is not allowed. Third party credit card payment can only be done with International Visa and Master Card credit cards. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained by sending a request to email@example.com. Advance third party payment is required as it will take a minimum of 7 working days to process.
We are pleased to accommodate requests for smoking or non-smoking guest rooms, but please note that throughout the hotel, smoking is permitted only in designated areas and is not allowed in any public areas. Fees will be imposed for smoking in non-smoking rooms or non-designated areas.
Visa Acceptance Policy
A visa is required for all international travelers. Guests with Singapore, Japan and Brunei passports can have visa-free entry in Guangzhou for up to 15 days.
The hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
