Accessibility Policy

The hotel has disability access. There are three guest rooms that meet all local municipal building code requirements for disability accessible rooms. Please contact Service Express to set up TDD equipment and wheelchair rental.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check-in to a guestroom. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Check Policy

Personal checks are not accepted for payment. The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms may be requested and reserved in advance. Please contact the hotel for further information and to confirm availability.

Currency Fluctuations

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Early Departure Policy

Departure dates will be confirmed at check-in. Guests checking-out prior to the confirmed departure date will incur a one night early departure fee.

Early Arrival Policy

Early check-ins are subject to availability upon arrival. There is no fee for an early check-in. Please contact the front desk prior to arrival with any special requests or needs.

Extra Bedding Policy

Guests are allowed a maximum of one extra bed per room for a fee. Every room type can accommodate an extra bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available upon request. Extra bedding should be requested at the time of the reservation.

Family Plan Policy

Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift Certificate Policy

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Late Checkout Policy

Late checkout is available but subject to availability. A checkout between noon and 6pm will incur a fee of a half-night’s rate. A checkout after 6pm will incur a fee of a full night’s rate.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

The hotel accepts cash, credit cards and bank transfers for payment. Bank transfers are only accepted Monday through Friday and not on public holidays. Credit cards must be presented upon check-in. For third party payment, please contact the hotel directly. All guests booking a prepaid and non-refundable rate are required to provide a valid credit card upon check-in to guarantee any incidentals charges incurred during their stay.

Smoking Policy

Both smoking and non-smoking guestrooms are available. Please note that smoking is not allowed in indoor public areas, meeting spaces and dining venues. Fees will be imposed for smoking in non-smoking guestrooms or in designated non-smoking areas.

Visa/Passport Policy

All guests are required to present a valid, government-issued passport and photo identification upon arrival.
