Accessibility Policy

The hotel is pleased to offer a select number of accessible guest rooms based upon availability.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults.

Check Policy

Personal checks are not accepted for payment. The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Connecting Room Policy

We are pleased to offer connecting rooms upon request and subject to availability at check-in. Connecting rooms are available between a king room and a room with two double beds.

Credit Card Policy

All guests booking a prepaid and non-refundable rate are required to provide a valid credit card upon check-in to guarantee any incidentals charges incurred during their stay.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date as confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.

Early Arrival Policy

We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals upon request and subject to availability. Fees may apply. To guarantee early arrival, the room must be booked for the night prior.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds and cribs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Extra bedding should be requested at the time of the reservation and confirmed upon check in. Fees may apply for rollaway beds. Rollaway beds cannot be added in rooms with double beds. Where applicable, a maximum of one rollaway bed is permitted per room.

Facility Use Policy

Please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Westin Executive Club Lounge.

Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Fees may apply should a rollaway bed be required. Rollaway beds cannot be added in rooms with double beds. Rooms with two double beds can accommodate up to two children and two adults in the existing beds. Please contact the hotel for more information. Buffet breakfast is available for children at 50% off the regular adult price.

Late Checkout Policy

We are pleased to accommodate late checkout upon request and subject to availability. Checkout between 12pm to 6pm will incur a fee of 50% of the full room rate. After 6pm, the full room rate will apply.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

For the comfort of all guests, parties, private events, and gatherings are not allowed in guest rooms or hallways. All unregistered guests in the room will be asked to leave the room. Please contact our meeting sales specialists for your event or party needs.

Occupancy Policy

A maximum of three registered adult guests are permitted per guest room or suite.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

We are pleased to accept third-party authorizations for payment. The completed credit card authorization form and a copy of the front and back of the credit card should be faxed to (65) 6922 6933 at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Third parties should specify which charges may be charged to the credit card.

Smoking Policy

In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 500 SGD  cleaning fee per incident will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Waitlist Policy

The hotel does not offer a waitlist.
