Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

The hotel is pleased to offer a select number of accessible guest rooms based upon availability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults. The hotel respectfully reserves the right to check photo identification.
Personal checks are not accepted for payment. The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
Hotel features connecting rooms (king to double). All efforts will be made to accommodate connecting room request; however, all requests are subject to availability at check-in.
Credit Card Policy
All guests booking a prepaid and non-refundable rate are required to provide a valid credit card upon check-in to guarantee any incidentals charges incurred during their stay.
Early Departure Policy
The hotel accommodates early departures upon request. An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date that is confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are granted upon request and based on availability. For guests arriving on early morning flights who require rooms prior to our standard check-in time of 3pm, we recommend that a reservation is confirmed for the previous evening as well. An additional fee of up to 100% of one night’s room rate may apply for arrivals before 3pm.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds and cribs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please request extra bedding at the time of the reservation.
Facility Use Policy
The minimum age for Heavenly Spa by Westin™ treatments and access to the Wet Lounge is 18 years.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Up to two children; 12 years old and younger, can share a double bedded room with up to two adults when using existing bedding.
Late Checkout Policy
All late checkout requests are subject to availability on the departure date. Late checkouts from 12pm to 6pm will be charged up to 50% of the full room rate from the previous night. For checkouts after 6pm, a full night's room rate will apply.
A maximum of three adult guests are permitted per guest room or suite.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed; however, prior arrangement will need to be made. For assistance, please contact the hotel directly.
Third-party authorizations are accepted. Please note that a credit card authorization form must be completed and faxed to the hotel, along with a clear copy of the front and back for the credit card, prior to arrival. Third parties should specify which charges may be charged to the credit card. Please contact the hotel for additional information.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 500 SGD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
