Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The resort is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms and public areas are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be at least 18 years of age to register and to check-in. 17 and under are considered children and must be accompanied by an adult at check-in.
Check Policy
During their stay, SPG Members cash a check up to 100 USD per day.
Connecting Room Policy
The resort has connecting rooms and they are subject to availability upon arrival. Only Traditional, Deluxe, and Premium Rooms can connect, and both rooms will have the same bed type (one king-size or two queen beds in each room).
Early Departure Policy
Please be advised that a fee equal to the remainder of the stay plus taxes will apply for all early departures.
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm. Arrival before 3pm is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are based upon availability at check-in and are only permitted in rooms with one king bed. Nightly fee applies.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates can be purchased through our Executive Office. Please call (970) 923-8200 for assistance.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Travel Insurance Policy
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Occupancy Policy
There is a maximum of four persons, adults and/or children, allowed per room.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs weighing a combined weight of 40 pounds or less are permitted in select rooms for a fee of 25 USD per night. A 100 USD refundable deposit will be taken upon arrival. Upon inspection of the room on departure; the deposit will be refunded. Service dogs are an exception to the weight allowance and fee.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Resort Charge Policy
The resort charges a fee of $25 per room per night plus tax. This resort fee includes Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (ASE) pickup and drop-off, ski valet, shuttle service within Snowmass Village, High Speed Internet Access, and local and 800 telephone calls.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and email address. The guest will be contacted if a room becomes available.
