Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).  Outside alcohol is not allowed in hotel common areas and meeting spaces.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Policy

Checks are accepted for payment; however, they must be received 14 business days prior to arrival.  Please contact the Sales Department for additional details.

Connecting Room Policy

A limited number of connecting rooms are available and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Early Departure Policy

Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to all early departures.

Early Arrival Policy

Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. If necessary, luggage can be secured at the Bell Stand until the guest room is available.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Late Checkout Policy

Checking out after 1pm may result in additional charges.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of relaxation and renewal, where our guests can be at their best. Accordingly, we have a zero tolerance rule for noise disturbances. Our staff will respond to all guest room noise complaints and registered guests will be asked to lower their volume. Unregistered guests will be required to leave the property.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee of 2 USD for all incoming and outbound packages.

Packages must be shipped to the hotel at the attention of guest and should not arrive more than 3 days prior to arrival. 

Meeting room deliveries must go thru the Sales Department.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed.  Pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times. Guests will be required to sign a waiver at check-in.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at check-in. When using debit cards the estimated amount of the stay will be held against the bank account. Those funds will be unavailable for up to 7 days after check-out, depending on the bank's policies.

Purchase Order Acceptance Policy

Please contact the Accounting Department to make Purchase Order arrangements.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Suite Policy

Parties are not allowed in hotel suites. 

Tax Exempt Policy

Guests must present a Tax Exemption Certificate that is valid for Delaware with their photo ID at check-in.
