Per government regulations, the state Luxury Tax is based on the full retail (rack) rate of the guest room. The additional Service Tax is based on the rate booked. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Local law prohibits the consumption of alcohol in non-designated public areas. For meetings and events, separate licenses may be required for the serving of alcohol.
Dry Days—when sale of alcohol is restricted because of a national or state holiday—are adhered to by the hotel as stipulated by local law.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
The hotel does not provide babysitting or child care services. The hotel will assist guests in locating an independent third party service for child care. The hotel will not be liable or responsible for the services rendered by the third party. Payment for child care services must be paid directly to the third party.

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available in many configurations but are limited and must be requested in advance. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date. To avoid a penalty, please inform the front desk of the change at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed date of departure.
Early Arrival Policy
We are please to accommodate early arrival. Early arrivals before 6am will be charged one night’s room rate. Arrivals between 6am and 12pm will be charged for the previous night at 50% of the room rate. Please contact the hotel in advance.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are pleased to offer rollaway beds upon request, subject to availability (for a fee). One rollaway bed can be added per guest room.
Facility Use Policy
Use of recreational facilities, such as the pool, gym, and spa, is governed by minimum age requirements. As a general guideline, these services can only be used or requested by guests 16 years of age and above. Guests 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways, and cribs may incur extra charges. Children over the age of 12 will be charged as adults.
For security purposes, valid government issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests—including all adults occupying the room. For all international travelers, a valid passport and visa are required. A photocopy will be made of the document at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts between 12 noon and before 6pm will be charged 50% of one night’s room rate. After 6pm, guests will be charged one night’s room rate.
A maximum of three adults—18 years or older—are allowed to share a room.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate redemptions are subject to availability, and blackout dates apply. Please contact the front desk directly to purchase or redeem a gift certificate.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
A valid PAN Card must be presented with any cash payments above 25,000 INR. This card displays a Permanent Account Number (PAN) that is used for financial transactions in India. PAN cards are issued to non-resident Indians as well as foreign passport holders; it can be applied for online and received in 15 to 30 days. For more information, visit: http://www.pancardnri.com/.
For security reasons, all rooms will be checked once every 24 hours for occupation and usage. Duplicate guest room keys will only be issued in the presence of the registered guest(s); valid photo identification required.
All public areas within the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in smoking guest rooms or in designated outdoor smoking areas. A fine of 2000 INR shall be levied if smoking occurs in a non-smoking room. In accordance with Indian law, smoking is not permitted in public areas. Sale of tobacco and tobacco products to minors under the age of 18 is not permitted.
