Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). The hotel prohibits the consumption of alcohol in public areas, aside from designated areas per local law. Alcohol brought from outside the hotel may only be consumed by guests in the privacy of their own rooms. Dry Days, as stipulated by local law, shall be adhered to by the hotel. For meetings and events, separate licenses may be required for the serving of alcohol.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
The hotel does not provide babysitting or child care services. The hotel will assist guests in locating an independent third party service for child care. The hotel will not be liable or responsible for the services rendered by the third party. Payment for child care services must be paid directly to the third party.
Check Acceptance Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. To avoid any penalty, please contact the hotel at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed date of departure.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals before 6am will be charged one night’s room rate. Arrivals between 6am and 12 noon will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are only available for Club category rooms and above. Requests should be submitted at the time of reservation. Additional fees may apply.
Facility Use Policy
Use of recreational facilities, such as the pool, gym, and spa, is governed by minimum age requirements. As a general guideline, these services can only be used or requested by guests 16 years of age and above. Guests 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in for all guests occupying the room. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card. A photo copy will be made of the document at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts between 12 noon and before 6pm will be charged 50% of one night’s room rate. After 6pm, guests will be charged one night’s room rate.
Security Policy
For security reasons, all rooms will be checked once every 24 hours for occupation and usage. Duplicate keys to the guest room will not be issued without the presence of the registered guest(s), and only after the presentation of valid photo identification.
Smoking Policy
All public areas within the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in smoking rooms located on designated floors or in designated outdoor smoking areas. Sale of tobacco and tobacco products to minors under the age of 18 is not permitted.
