Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guest who present a major valid credit card and photo identification. There is a limit of $100 USD per day. Starwood Preferred Guest Gold and Platinum members enjoy a $300 USD limit per day.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests departing prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in can be accommodated upon request and is based on availability.
Package Handling Policy
The hotel accepts a maximum of two packages per guest. A storage fee of 10 USD per day applies for each package. Packages cannot exceed 10 pounds, and the guest’s name must be on each package. Packages received without the guest’s name will be returned to sender.
Pet Policy
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests are required to sign a pet waiver upon check-in. A $50 USD non-refundable deposit will be charged.
Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not pets. They are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to pets or other animals.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 5-7 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
