Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to check-in and reserve a room.
Checks are not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer connecting rooms, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival to arrange accommodations.
Early Arrival Policy
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Complimentary extra bedding and pillows can be delivered upon request. A 10 USD fee is charged for a rollaway bed.
Gift Certificate Policy
Guests must provide the original gift certificate and present it upon check-in. Additionally, the certificate must be signed by an authorized representative of the hotel.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout until to 2pm, based on availability. There is a late checkout fee of 50 USD.
Dogs are allowed. Cats are not permitted. The hotel must be notified prior to arrival if guests plan to bring a pet. Guests must sign a liability waiver at check-in for any damages by a pet to the guest room. Pets cannot be left unattended in the guest room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are accepted by companies that have been approved and have established credit with the hotel.
Tax Exempt Policy
The hotel accepts tax-exempt certificates from the state of Maine and the federal government. A hotel form is available at check-in and also can be filled out in advance and forwarded to our accounting department. A valid government-issued ID must accompany the form.
