The hotel offers a limited number of accessible rooms. These are specifically for guests with disabilities; therefore, we request that guests who do not need these rooms’ features select a different room so that these rooms are available for those who need them.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Check Acceptance Policy
In most instances, checks are not accepted. Please contact the hotel directly if you have travel needs that require you to pay by check.
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available at the hotel; however, due to limited availability, requests for these rooms cannot be guaranteed.
Credit Card Policy
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the total of your room and tax plus 40% of that total for incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
The US dollar is our standard currency. Foreign currencies are not accepted.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date confirmed at check-in.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in may be allowed based on availability. Please call the hotel prior to arrival to verify availability.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a government issued drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Guests seeking additional room keys will also need to present their ID at the time of the request.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout may be available by request. In some instances, the hotel may grant complimentary late checkout; however, extended late checkouts will be subject to a fee.
Up to two guests may stay in a room at the standard room rate. A fee of $10 per person will be charged for any additional guests.
Ice Chest Policy
Ice chests are not permitted in rooms unless necessary for medical reasons. Please contact the hotel for further information.
One dog weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room. The dog must be accompanied by an owner at all times—on a leash or in a crate—and may not be left in a room without an owner present. A waiver must be signed at check-in, and guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
