Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. The resort requests that minors are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request. Fees apply.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof of age card. The name on the photo identification must match the name on the reservation.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
The resort welcomes pets weighing 40 pounds or less. Guests are required to sign a pet waiver at check-in which includes contact and pet information. There is no deposit. The pet is to be kept on a leash while in public areas, and is not allowed in food, beverage and pool areas. Two pets are allowed per guest room. A dog bed, bowl, and pet welcome kit are available upon request.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Resort Charge Policy
Guests will be charged a daily 15 USD resort charge. Amenities and services included:

Smoking Policy
In keeping with the Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
