Starwood Preferred Guest Information
As a villa property, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4:00 p.m. late check-outs and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants and bars, some elite welcome amenities are not available. Also, in regards to Free Night Awards:
- May only book within 365 days of arrival
- Inventory may be limited
- Starpoints acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Starwood Vacation Ownership property.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
We are pleased to provide check-cashing services when resort funds permit, valid photo identification is required. There is a limit of 100 USD per stay (200 USD for Starwood Preferred Guest Gold and Platinum members).
Early Departure Policy
Guests departing prior to their scheduled checkout, which is confirmed at check-in, will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.
Early Arrival Policy
Guests arriving prior to the standard check-in time may store their luggage and use resort facilities while they wait for their villa.
We are pleased to offer a limited number of rollaway beds and cribs, which are available in select villas. Please note that bedding is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Fees may apply. Please contact the resort for more information or to make a request.
Facility Use Policy
For the safety of all guests, ski equipment may not be taken inside villas after use. Please use the Ski Valet to safely store your equipment.
All of our nightly rental guests are provided a complete villa cleaning each day and a sheet change every third day, with the exception of those rate plans that do not include service. Verify the rate plan before booking your reservation to see if it includes daily housekeeping service.

All adults are required to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID upon check-in. Additionally, keys will only be issued to individuals listed on the reservation unless prior arrangements have been made by listed guests and confirmed by the resort.
Late Check-out Policy
We regret that the resort cannot accommodate late checkouts.
Package Handling Policy
Guests may ship ski equipment and other packages to the resort prior to their arrival. Please note that in the Rocky Mountains, only third-party common carries will deliver packages to a physical address, the USPS will not. Fees may apply. Please contact the resort for rates and further information.
We regret that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine based upon the General Manager’s discretion.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all resort villas and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
