For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Disability Accessible Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests under the age of 18 must bear letter from their parent or guardian.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Our hotel does not provide babysitting services, contract sitters for guests, or negotiate their rates. The concierge can provide names and telephone numbers to guests, who must then contact available sitters and accept their conditions. Fees are set by babysitters themselves.
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal checks are not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
The majority of the hotel's 56 connecting rooms are located on the 5th floor (non-smoking floor). If connecting rooms are requested, the following room categories should be booked:
- Executive (king) to Executive (king)
- Executive (two single beds) to Executive (two single beds)
- Executive Suite (king) to Premium View (queen)
- Exeutive Suite (king) to Junior Suite (king)
The best way to accommodate a family of four is with two connecting rooms both with two single beds. The inside door will convert these rooms into one very large room with two complete bathrooms.
Early Departure Policy
Guests will incur an early departure fee of 100 Euros if checking out prior to their scheduled departure date.
Early Arrival/Departure Policy
Standard check-in time for the hotel is 2:00 PM local time. To guarantee an early check-in, please confirm the room reservation on the prior night at the best available rate. Otherwise, a request for early arrival will not be confirmed until check-in time and will include a fee of 50 euros, plus tax.
An early departure fee of 100 euros will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds are available for a fee. Cribs are free of charge. There is a maximum of one bed or crib per room. Junior Suites and Executive Suites can sleep 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 people (adults or children) with 2 extra beds (or cribs).
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
Gift certificates can be redeemed at hotel. Please contact the hotel directly or the contact on the certificate to reserve a room.
Maximum Occupancy Policy
The maximum occupancy for all basic room types is three persons. Four persons can be accomodated in all suites but will require two extra beds with their corresponding charges. A fee may apply according to the hotel's child policy.
Pets up to 40 pounds or 18 kilograms are allowed. An additional fee of 33 EUR is charged per day. Guests must sign a liability waiver at check in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Payment Policy
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax a signed authorization by the cardholder. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card and fax the information to (34)(91) 360 77 78 prior to the guest's arrival. The hotel will not accept credit card information through email. All public spaces, including meeting rooms, are 100% non-smoking. Guests may still smoke in their designated smoking guest rooms. Per Spanish Law, a hotel employee may choose not to enter a smoking guest room while the guest is present.
Upon check-in, all guests occupying the guest room must present a passport or ID.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
Vouchers are accepted.
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room is available.
