Rated 3 out of 5 by Extra Starwod Points Disappointment During check in the check in person asked if I wanted to skip maid service during my two night stay to earn an extra 500 Starwood points. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good stay and location I enjoyed my stay at the Westin O'Hare. Close to the airport and restaurants. Hotel bar is a little strange in layout. Tried to leave the parking lot around 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon and it took me 30 minutes with a line of people. September 30, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Tough stay I've stayed at this Weston many times, but this was a tough stay. We ended up running down from the 6th floor to the airport shuttle as the fire alarm was blaring. It was a deafening and unfortunate ending to a pretty good experience. June 21, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Hotel, self service parking not so much Love the hotel, but the self service parking is seriously annoying. The card reader on entry and exit does not work most of the time. So leave extra time to get in and out of the parking lot. Prepare to be annoyed. May 31, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pet Friendly The BEST pet friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. Generally hotels give you terrible, smelly rooms because you have a pet. The Westin went way beyond to make our dog feel welcomed too. Thank You! October 6, 2013
