This Hotel is great for seeing the city . I enjoyed being able to hop the ferry across the river and then come back to the serenity of the Hotel and not have to deal with the noise of cars and trucks at all the downtown Hotels. This is by far to me the best place to stay in the city.

Thanks to all the staff at the Savannah Westin who keep this facility in top shape. I like the new changes to facility since my last stay. I always recommend this resort to my friends and business associates. I have been coming down for almost ten years now. Keep up the great job!!!!

Nice that someone had put in the system that it was our anniversary. We were wished a happy anniversary upon arrival and arrived in our room that evening to discover a bottle of champagne. Thanks to the staff for helping make the weekend special! We will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I were some of the first guests at the property when it opened. Our room this visit was right next door to the one we had on our first visit on the 16 th floor with a balcony view over the island. The view was fantastic then and now.
We had intended to river-hop and go dine "in - town" but never made it off the resort. There was no need to as we enjoyed excellent food and service at the hotel. We camped out literally at the pool or on the balcony except when sleeping in our comfy bed and quiet room.
In our 2 nite stay I read an entire book, worked out at the great fitness center and we both had a fantastic massage at The Spa.
The sweet part came in when we joined the other big kids as well as real kids in the smores every nite.
Every staff member we came in contact with had a big smile, friendly words and always asking if they could be of any assistance.
This resort can go up against the best that we've visited in Europe, China, "Down Under, " the Caribbean or Mexico !
We will return !

Jerry, at the Preferred Guest Registration, treated us from our arrival thru our stay in the highest of level first class treatment. Along with Merry, the conciegre also greatly added to the overall experience. Her suggestions were top notch.

We had a nice stay at the Westin. My wife and I came just for her birthday. The room was comfortable; the view perfect; the staff outstanding. Special thanks to Chelsey and Yasheka. They were both so helpful, courteous and professional. Thanks for making everything a little nicer.

My stay was one of business, yet I felt like I was on vacation. We are bringing a large medical meeting to Savannah in 2015 and we were concerned with the frequency and ease of the water taxis. After my visit, I can assure our attendees that the water taxis provide timely service.

We spent New Year's Eve and day at the Westin and were extremely disappointed by the service (or lack of it). We had to wait 1 hour 40 minutes for a room service order of dessert and next day another 50 minutes for breakfast.
A hotel of this caliber cannot have sub-par service.

Starting asyou enter the hotel, the bellboy/valet is very helpful front desk to concierge assisted us with courteasy, likewise to the mini store attendant. Room and the facility is great. We had a room at the 16th floor overlooking the harbor there is nothing to say but admire.

I stayed at the hotel for a conference for a week in October. I drove in and arrived late. The valet was very helpful. We had a great check in. Everything in the room was clean. Everyone was eager to help and offer suggestions to go into the Savannah. I would stay there again!

I made an appt at the spa and showed up for it & they told me i never made reservations which i did and have to employees name i talk to. Bad experience. Not happy at all. It was my boyfriends bday & i reserved the couples massage & they told me they didnt have receord of it.

My husband and I went on a Stay- cation of sorts to relax and enjoy our beautiful city from another perspective. The Westin was a great experience. From our check in to check out everyone was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to our next weekend visit to the Westin.

We stay at this hotel every 2 years. The service and upkeep of the hotel always meets our standards. The only inconvenience we have experienced is that the room at check-in is typically not ready, even after 4:00pm. However, the front desk was very accommodating this visit.

I stayed at this hotel many times and was greatly satisfied but my last stay which was 3/21/14-3/23/14 was a big disappointment. I asked for early check in and was told when I made the reservation it would not be a problem. I did not get my room until after 1:00 pm. We were with another couple and asked at reservation to make sure we were on the same floor. When I checked in we were to be placed on floor 15 and my friends on floor 12. We spoke to 3 different people to assure this would not happen but it did anyway. They finally got us on the same floor when they realized our frustration. They offered us free breakfast but that was already included in our room rate and then they sent us champagne and a note of apology. I appreciate the thought but I do not drink champagne. Once I checked into my balcony room that you have to pay extra for, we could barely get the sliding door open. There were cobwebs in the corners on the inside of the room where the sliding door closes. Needless to say I was really disappointed and will probably stay on the other side of the river next time I visit Savannah.

Internet was a problem day 1, Carrier had a block where 1 could not send pictures.
day 2 could not connect to internet. Problem was resolved. The bar could not get ABC on tv to watch playoff basketball game. Service in lobby bar was poor.

Having stayed at the hotel twice previously it was good to see things had not changed and that services were still exceptional- the Christmas displays were fantastic and we were sorry to miss all the other activities due to our short visit - will definitely be back

The property is average when compared to other resorts I have visited, I always felt like I was at a hotel vs a resort. The room was small, the balcony was small, the bathroom was small and was not special at all.
My guest had bad service in the restaurant and also had a bad experience with room service. The gym and spa not being attached to the main property was also a disappointment. There were issues with the internet connectivity all weekend on a weekend that rained for 3 of the 4 days I was there. This put us in the small room a little more than we wanted to be and having access to the internet would have been a plus but I had to make several calls to the front desk and to the technical support team. I requested to not use the maid service during my stay and did not receive my vouchers, when we called the front desk
we were questioned over and over again as if we had stolen something, It was simple we didn't get out vouchers, the staff told us they had to check with the maid service to confirm, then called back and said we could come to the front desk to get our vouchers. Is this a full service resort?
I simply expected more of the property, I can deal with that but the service was not what is expected in any hotel or resort.

The site staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating at all times. The room was wonderfully comfortable. The reservation staff was helpful and understanding when our conference and travel plans were delayed due to an unexpected snow storm.

We enjoyed the stay so much. Loved the water ferry. And Savannah is such a beautiful city. The rooms were lovely. I only wish we had known about the balconies attached to some of the rooms. I definitely would have requested a room with a balcony overlooking the river.

Very nice hotel with all of the amenities you need. Great food. Great location. The ferry boat to downtown Savannah is very convenient. The front desk staff was extremely nice and pleasant.

This hotel from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave has phenomenal service! The staff were so professional, friendly and courteous. They made you feel very special! The amenities were top notch and amazing as well. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!!

The pool was not clean. Beige color throughout. Woke up with lots of throat soreness.
My bathroom floor leaked for three days. Nothing was done about it. Shoes and slippers were soaked.
Bottom sheet did not stay on mattress.
Low water pressure in cold faucet in sink.

The water ferry is a definite plus for this hotel! If you drive a car, once you arrive there is no need for you to move it until you leave. Beautiful views of the property are available if you upgrade to a river view room. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

It was a lovely facility. My only disappointment was that I had reserved a deluxe river view and was put on the opposite side looking at the golf course and very little of the river. The funny thing was at check in the lady said hope you enjoy your river view room.

The Westin Savannah Harbor is a great venue. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, the beds are great and the food was exceptionable. I highly recommend the "bucket of wings" -- some of the best I have ever had. Great room, great food and great people!!

What a fabulous resort. Beautiful rooms, facilities, services and wonderful staff. I will be back. Spa was a bit of a disappointment. Overpriced for the hype you give it. No jacuzzi and spa facilities small and unimpressive for what you charge. But staff very nice.

We stay at a Westin on almost all of our trips. The Westin Savannah was by far one of the best ever. From check-in to check-out the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was larger than most and the view of the river was beautiful. We will be back!

My wife and I had such a great time here. Everything was perfect.
All the amenities were awesome..
Special thanks to the bartenders who were so friendly. The water taxi made it so convenient we didn't need to drive. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

The staff was great at every request. The place was wonderful for our meeting, and sleeping. The only down side was a little time delay on occasion in getting ferry across to all the eating and sight seeing. But not unreasonable, and certainly worth the effort.
