This hotel was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Romantic, elegant, by far the best property on the island and the value for money is simply unbeatable!!! The property is amazingly lavish and a perfect venue for a romantic getaway. I would stay there again (and again and again)...

excellent : swimming pools , possibilities of relaxing , kids activities, kindness of the whole staff.
Rooms at the westin standard but surprise ! note the bath room :shower flowing, bathtub tap unbound,..
could be improved: organisation of the breakfast

Very friendly and courteous staff, always willing to help with any problems. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent buffet style breakfast, catered for all needs. Charles looked after us well at breakfast! Bar staff were all helpful and cheerful.

A hotel close all regardless of age. A breakfast that makes you think you're in heaven makes a good start to the day. Malta has an incredibly efficient bus network throughout the island that are cheap and good. Thanks for a great week Malta :-)

Air conditions was not working in our room, we called reception who sent someone who could not fix it he the called for someone else who said he had fixed it,but on our retur. From our evening meel the room was still hot with no cool air .

Our recent stay at the Westin St Julian's was really a very pleasant and relaxing stay. All facilities were fantastic and all staff from management, front desk office to room attendants are fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We spent Christmas 2012 week at the Westin Dragonara in Malta. We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly and efficient staff. Pam, in the Executive Lounge, especially stands out as a friendly and compassionate asset to the hotel.

The personal at the hotel and Quadro treated us like we where royality, their friendliness, assistance, care shown and attention was so real. Based on their care shown we are planning our next visit soon returning to this hotel.

The hotel has a great location and a staff that, with no exeptions were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a fantastisc view and two big very confortable beds. We stayed 7 days and had a very nice vacation.

Just simply a great place - everything is great quality, and the staff are without exception warm. well-informed, quietly attentive and always helpful. We stay 3 times a year, and look forward to our return in May.

Excellent and very well managed hotel. First class staff from check in to the concierges. Particularly good Pam in the exec lounge at breakfast and Steve in Olios. If we return to Malat would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast and great rooms with a great view. Nice staff and a great location by the sea. open the sliding doors in your room and listen to the waves as you fall asleep.

We booked for a half term break with 2 children ages 7 and 10, and felt that the Westin was a fantastic choice. Eva in reservations made the room selection and reservation process the most pleasant of any that I have ever experienced. George the Concierge arranged a fantastic day of private touring and helped out with a myriad of other reservations. Everyone at the hotel was kind and lovely - truly 5 star staff.
We were a bit disappointed that only 1 restaurant was open each night, and on several nights it was fully booked - but there are GREAT restaurants within walking distance - so we enjoyed them. Being a sea front hotel, the upkeep is considerable, and places like the woodwork in our room needed to be repaired, but all in all things like that did not detract at all from our stay. Similarly, we were there the first day that the reef club was opened, and the service and readiness was not quite there - but we still had a great time!
To any family considering exploring Malta and wanting some time in the sun, with some good food and great service, I would strongly recommend the Westin.

We have just returned from a memorable stay at your hotel . It was excellent from the welcome when we first arrived to the chauffeur and limousine trip to the airport on our way home. This made our holiday truly memorable- Thank you very much.
George the consierge was really helpful even looked after us before we arrived on your island! booking taxis etc, His service was superb advising us on local trips and places to eat in the area .
The rooms were large comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food in the lounge//piano bar was good and the service was excellent- A special thankyou to Ramon, Marc,Charles, Mike and John for looking after us so well in the bar, all are a credit to your hotel.
We dined in the bar 4 times during our stay as Edmund on the piano was wonderful to listen to on an evening, he is a brilliant pianist and a BIG PLUS for the hotel
We even received a bottle of wine and some strawberries in our room to celebrate our Anniversary-what a lovely touch.Another Thank You
We will definately be making a return trip to the westin dragoara holel- A super Hotel- Well done

We have stayed in the hotel for 8 nights and originally booked a luxury room with the sea-view. We arrived rather late and had very fast a professionally organized checked in, however the room we have been given was light years away from the luxury room with the sea-view. There was no sea view at all, it was just above the restaurant facing another wing of the building, very loud and smelling like food once the balcony door is opened, It had small balcony and you have to really lean out to glance at the sea. We were highly disappointed and went right away to reception to ask for upgrade possibilities.
The reception staff was prompt and highly organized and offered us and upgrade to one of the tower rooms , we had to pay 50 euro more per night and could change the room only the day after, which was eventually ok with us. Tower room was indeed a nice sea-view room; however the rooms (as well as the hotel) are quite outdated.
The breakfast buffet is also somewhat of disappointment for this kind of hotel, the choices are very limited and it didn’t vary for all 8 days. No free WiFi is also no go nowadays.
The dinner: we have been once to Quadro restaurant, which was nice (not fine food though, as they claimed) but good food and nice view. And another time we have been to Italian restaurant below Quadro, there unfortunately was a big disappointment. Food was below average level I couldn’t even eat half of my main course.
The best thing what we experience in the Hotel is Concierge services, in particular George (thanks to him again!). He was extremely helpful, organized for us couple of amazing places to dine, all the tips and suggestions he gave were just excellent. This made our stay really good!

Great place - room was very comfortable and setup well for working on my computer with wireless, etc. Only issue was when I first get in the room - it had a slight moldy smell.
