Wonderful Westin unless you like to work out in the morning. The gym is way too small for the hotel. You often have to wait for machines. Perfect other than that.

It is a very short walk across a pedestrian bridge to South Coast Plaza. The hotel is very nice, with good-sized rooms and good views. It has a very nice fitness center with a view of the pool. It is also near the new performing arts center.

We have stayed here a few times and always have wonderful service, clean rooms and comfortable beds. All around, the facility is beautiful, with a great fitness room and perfect location to shop, eat and get access to get around Costa Mesa.

Having a wedding reception with a very loud band going on until 11:00 is not very good planning - we could not sleep because the bass level was sooooooooo loud - even after they supposedly turned it down. A very poor finish to a good stay.

at 10;30 pm the pool area was extremely noisy. Music was playing and I called at 10:00pm and they said they would tell them to turn it off but it took 30 minutes. In addition, the 9th floor was also noisy. It someone was having a party.

We had meetings in the Irvine, Long Beach and San Diego area and found the Westin South Coast Plaza to be an excellent point to work from. The hotel staff and room was first class and we enjoyed the many amenities in the immediate area.

I stay at this hotel each February while attending a nursing conference. Staff are professionals with a can-do attitude. Hotel is so clean and beautiful. Beds are just what they are called...heavenly! Best hotel bed I've ever slept on.

My husband was going to a meeting & I requested to checkout at 2pm so I could lay by the pool & have lunch. Unfortunately the 50% cost was not negotiable so I ended up going to South Coast Plaza and eating & drinking & shopping there.

This was a great stay. We were in town to visit
Disneyland and though it was a little drive, it was worth staying at the hotel. Sometimes your need is met so well that convenience driving is over-ruled with comfort, and satisfaction.

One thing I am not happy cause they charge extra money when I leaving, I have been pay online booking, but they still charging close to $500 everyone keep it in mind to check your bank statement...

This is a beautiful hotel. I felt very comfortable and at home soon as I walk through the doors. Check-in was a breeze and I stayed an extra night! I especially loved the walk-way to South Coast Plaza. The best shopping center!!!!!

This hotel was wonderful!!! Every person we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the rain shower head was a spa on its on. We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was great too!!

I was disappointed with the overall organization of the hotel. First, as a frequent SPG guest, my check-in time clearly stated 3pm. However, arriving to the hotel at 4:30pm, I was told that I would need to wait for my room - and that I would be receiving an "upgrade". I asked how long - and she said up to an hour (and they would call me when it was ready)! This was extremely disappointing for two reasons - first, I was with my 3 year old coming back from the beach; and second, I needed to meet some friends for an early dinner and needed time to get both myself and my 3-year old ready. After waiting about one hour (trying to entertain a 3-year old in the lobby), I approached to ask if my room was ready - and it was, they had simply failed to call me. During my one-hour wait, they held my luggage and told me it would be delivered to my room when my room was ready. Again, after arriving to my room, I had to take the initiative to ask for my luggage to be delivered....
Best of all - after the delay (past 5pm); my room was not an upgrade - standard two queen.

Always top notch and comfortable. The closest I feel to home when I am traveling. The staff are always friendly and accomodating. The rooms are always very clean, and the location is very convienient to lots of food and shopping.

The room was lovely.
The service was terrific.

The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing setting for a 3-day conference. Proximity to arts, performance center, upscale shopping and restaurants was a plus. Cordial, helplful staff in all areas including Pinot restaurant.

The chair in the room had an odor. The tv has an image burned ino the screen and the remote did not work. The room service button on the phone did not work.
The staff however is impeccable. From the front desk to room service.

If you want to go shopping this is the place to stay. You can walk right across the street to the mall. The room was clean. I am a platinum member I was upgraded which is always nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for an overnight when combined with a concert at the Segerstrom Center. Less than a five minute walk away from the center... no hassle parking, no long drive home. The staff were delightful.

Whenever I can, I stay at this property. The proximity to restaurants and shops makes it great for customer entertaining. The hotel itself is great and I love breakfast at Pino Provence. They have the best croissants.
