The family and I enjoyed our stay at the Westin while we also enjoyed the Red Sox game. Loved the downtown location where we also took in the Aquarium, the new Public Garden and Quincy Market.

We have stayed numerous times in Boston in different locations & hotels. We found this hotel to fit our needs during this visit with another couple. The location is great for having access to other parts of the town away from the Fanuil Hall location but near to the wonderful parks, restaurants & across from the Convention Center. Also, it has ease of access to the airport.

I opted to try to be green on this trip by putting out my hang tag indicating no cleaning services. I was quite surpised when the card was slipped under my door with a another card indicating that the program was not available. I was ok with this until I discovered 3 ther of my collegues did the same thing and were treated to the $5.00 Starbucks cards. Please be consistent!

I am not a frequent hotel goer, however I have stayed in a Westin previously and do not remember it being this average. My colleague stayed at another hotel, which was less expensive (in many aspects) and had better amenities. I will rethink staying in a Westin in the future.
Additionally, my cable died multiple times again not something I expect when staying in a Westin.

Even though I had asked for a king bed, I ended up with 2 double beds. Who sleeps in a double bed? The room absolutely has enough room for queen size beds. I also stayed for 2 nights and on the second night after working a 12 hour day, I came back to the room to find that my room key would not work. Not that this is the end of the world but I do expect better from Westin.

I have stayed in many hotels across the country and I have never had the excellent service as we received at this hotel. Every staff person made us feel like we were the most important person in the hotel. They were courteous helpful with each of our questions and they did it with a genuine smile.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent concierge staff! I would stay here again. Comfortable beds. The only negative thing I could say about this stay, would be that the closet could have been a little larger. Otherwise, I loved this stay and had a very fun and positive experience. thank you!

I was not happy about how your staff handled the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Besides the alarm and recording over the loud speaker telling us to get out, there was no other communication. There were guests outside and in the lobby. No direction at all. We had to figure out it was O.K. to go back inside and use the elevators.

grout needs cleaning. no fan in bathroom.
toilet wouldn't flush until after shower taken (?connection). Bed was wonderful.
iron didn't work. we were supposed to get private room for our dinner meeting (irish pub rest) and it was just a "space"...very noisy...couldn't have mtg. Took it downstairs after dinner and treated rudely by "security girl" who said "This cannot happen!! This is a fire hazard. Move your chairs back to where you found them!" No one had said anything to use before this (like "sorry, but you are sort of blocking a fire exit...would you please move over ____"). She just came out of the blue and acted ugly. We were a professional group of 40-60 year olds and should not have been treated like this. we had the bellperson keep our bags after we checked out and he had difficulty finding them...this needs to be better organized. In his defense there were alot of bags being stored. Concierge lady was nice.

Very happy with my room. Being there on St. Patrick's Day was a little loud about 2:30 a.m. with people running up and down the hall but I expected it. Room was very clean, view was beautiful. The bed was very extremely comfortable and I loved the neck pillow which I used for a knee pillow as I have recently had surgery and this was the best I slept since my surgery.

I was very happy with our stay until I got home and see I was charged an extra $204.00 after check out. This was not on my final bill. I am still awaiting a response form your accounting department.
Also O'Connors the restaurant in the hotel had great food but terrible service on more than one occasion.

I stayed at the Weston Waterfront on April 22 and 23. The service I received from your staff, particularly Jarderle Bernard, was amazing. Jarderle went out of his way to ensure exceptional customer service and to make my stay comfortable.
I appreciate the level of detail I witnessed in the Weston staff and facilities and look forward to a return visit.

I was pleasantly reminded that all luxury hotels are not the same in terms of service, facilities and people, and that we need to revisit the Starwood partners, specifically the Westin. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. Your people were the best; extremely courteous, friendly and responsive to our needs. There is no doubt where we'll be staying when in Boston!

I was turned off by the dirty bathroom. The toilet seat was dirty and the shower had hair in it. The first day my husband noticed it and he immediately cleaned it since he had to use the bathroom asap. I briefly mentioned it to the front desk (after the fact). They offered to change rooms but there was no point then.
Otherwise everything else appeared clean...??

While this was my first time at the Westin Boston Waterfront, I can't wait to return. The hotel looked brand spankin' new, the staff was bright and cheery, and my room was spacious with a great view of Beantown. All in all, I loved my first experience.

For a busy conference weekend, all front desk staff were very helpful. They were very nice and accommodating. Any time I had a problem or issue, it was rectified and followed up with immediately. I expect this kind of service with a resort or smaller hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Irish pub was good too and had other food options within a 3 block radius.

While my stays at SPG hotels are typically above average, I was disappointed with two things at the Westin Waterfront: 1. pillows were old and uncomfortable, 2. (MOST IMPORTANT) the iron leaked "rusty water" all over my custom white dress shirt and, aside from ruining a very expensive item, caused distress in getting to and going into my critical job interview!

There are no plug ins on the nightstand. Could you change out at least one of the lamps to put in a lamp with extra plugs on the nightstand so folks can charge their phone by their bed- not across the room. The closest one to the bed is too far for any normal phone cord to reach.

Can't believe that a hotel of this class (with prices accordingly) can not offer free unlimited internet in the rooms to all guests. It is ridiculous that it is not included in the price. This is something that only makes guests frustrated and angry! Shape up and get into the new decade!
Very expensive breakfast, maybe t was worth it, didn't want to try..

When I checked in, I had orginally had a double room but asked to be changed to a room closer to a colleague. I called and it was no problem and the change was made immediately. They were very busy with several conventions going on at once so I thought this was a great response on their part and very accommodating.

Hotel was clean and location was good in the city. We stayed on the SPG floor 12. There were several people with small yelping dogs! We did not know the hotel allowed dogs until our arrival. It is hard to get a good nights sleep with dogs barking when you go to bed and wake up. We will never stay at this hotel again just for the fact that they allow dogs.

Excellent 4 nights is this hotel.
Liked the "Green Option" of not using maid service each day and received $ 5.00 voucher x 3 days. Put it towards lunch one afternoon. Clever idea. My room was so clean I didn't need maid service.
Front desk hotel staff : "Elena and Orlando" phenomenal! Very welcoming to guests.
Food in MJ O'Connors Pub: delicious!!!

I was a bit surprised by the cleanliness and integrity of the furniture and appliances in my room. The view, although not why I chose to stay there, was of the roof/vents. And the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, while my room was not in the greatest shape either. It was overall acceptibly clean, but I expected a bit more polish from the Westin.

Shuttles to and from the cruise ships and airport would be very much appreciated. Your room prices are quite expensive and I think that service would only make a small dent in your profit margin. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciated the early check in, the beautiful and quiet room and the courteous and very helpful staff.

Was truly a great experience. From Check-in, assistance with attraction transportation, very responsive to service calls ie non working refrigerator, roll away bed, more. The housekeeping staff was very accomodating. Had a wonderful stay, no complaints.

The Westin Seaport Boston made our Birthday Celebration one to remember. A "Welcome Greet" from the Valet and Front Desk started out weekend off to a great start. The hotel is walking distance to all the "outstanding" restaurants at the Seaport area. My husband and I plan to make this an "annual" trip. Thanks for making our stay so memorable.
