I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel and the overall friendliness of all staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in the Napa area.

What an awesome experience. I am so grateful for the kind and courteous staff: from the valet, to housekeeping, to the concierge. I felt like I was among friends the entire time I was there. It was so genuine and real. I've never experienced anything like that. I will definitely return.

Everyone exceeded my expectations.
As a facility manager for 27 years I always look at the details of the maintenance (its just me always wanting to be sure things are right). I found the maintenance was far above other places I have stayed.
We are looking forward to coming back

Our experience at your hotel was great, from the doorman, check in, concierge. Room was terrific, wine tasting in lobby. I wish I had gotten his name but one of your doormen deserves a big Thank You, what a gentleman. We will come back and have already recommended you to others.

This hotel is right in the middle of Napa. Walking distance from downtown and oxbow market. The hotel had a card and a bottle of champagne for our birthdays waiting for my boyfriend and I on the kitchen table! So cool! Thanks Napa Verasa for making a memorable b-day!

This location is just OK! Definately not a category 5. It should say it is downtown Napa and emphasize not that close to anything but wine train. I used points and have stayed at nicer locations for less points. I had to ask for an upgrade as a platinum member.....a first.

I am reminded once again how much I love this resort. The property is spacious and beautiful. Unlike a lot of other hotels in the area which look more like bed and breakfasts, this hotel is modern wine country. The lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are clean and spacious, and above all, I think it is quite a good value.
The service staff was just wonderful and went well above and beyond for just my one night stay. The front desk was incredibly friendly and promptly gave me a room upgrade to a one-bed room suite (score!). I had my little boston terrier with me and they also made sure he got a welcome treat. My room was spacious and even had an Xbox. I had to remind front desk to bring up a dog bed and dog bowl, but they quickly provided this.
After dinner that night, my fiance and I wanted to go to the bar for dessert, but found that they had already ended dinner service, so they offered us free nonalcholic drinks instead. I later ordered some juice and milk from room service late a night, and they promptly brought it to me gratis. I ordered room service for breakfast and it was incredibly well priced and delicious.
I am so pleased with this property that I will be staying here during my wedding weekend even though the venue is in Sonoma.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our pooch for our anniversary. The staff were so friendly and provided excellent service, even for our pooch! Matt parked our car, promptly took our luggage to our room and provided us with great suggestions on where to eat. He made us feel so welcome. We love the food at the BANK restaurant near the lobby. The gentleman who checked-in our stay was also wonderful.
Minor changes we would hope to see on our next stay:
To lessen the wait at the check-in/out counter
A tad more acknowledgement of service at the BANK bar.
Do not charge for the bottle of water in the room and offer free coffee. It really does not make any sense. We drank the water thinking it was complementary. With the price staying at this establishment we feel a free bottle of water would be a nice welcome gesture. Any snacks and beverages the hotel would like to charge the guests should be placed in the room frigerator. Just a suggestion.
Otherwise, we like this hotel very much and do look forward to staying at the Westin again soon.

I didn't love the location of the hotel. I felt the room was on the small side along with the bathroom which was also small. There was a stained duvet cover on our bed, that my husband had housekeeping change. Overall I would say the hotel was average, nothing special.

Our stay in Napa was outstanding. We had dinner reservations with wine pairings at La Toque for our 30th wedding anniversary and did not want to drive dinner. The dinner was stupendous (as usual) and the room was all that we expect from Starwood. We will be back again.

This is the 1st time we stayed at a Westin, and we'll be back. The hotel was fantastic and I cannot say enough about the helpful staff. The valet team, in particular, we very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Napa Valley!

The service upon arrival made us feel welcome and continued thought our trip. The staff was friendly and the suite was very comfortable . The bed was heavenly. The shower made you not want to leave.
Within walking distance to the downtown area made all the difference.

The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. They offered some additional services that put it over the top, such as daily wine tasting and free messages in the lobby. Additionally it was in a great location, just a short walk downtown.

This hotel provided outstanding service. We stayed at the location for eight days and felt at home by the staff every moment we were there. Westin has always been a wonderful place for us to stay but the Napa Hotel staff helped make our stay perfect.

While the courtyard was very enjoyable during the day, at night it turned into a frat party. The noise until late in the night was obnoxious. Not what I wan for a vacation. I will not visit this hotel again, and will strongly encourage other not to either.

Spent a wonderful time with family and friends. We all slept comfortably and were well taken care of. Strolling distance to morning bakery a plus. River view with full moon spectacular. Able to score the LMFAO shuffle while son taught me in the hot tub. Yipee!

Excellent location, beautiful facility. Late nigt room service could be better. Cold pre made sandwiches and dessert was a disappointment after a late arrival.
Late check out was easy. No status recognition at all. I had to call the next day for an amenity.

The staff at Verasa were wonderful. They made my wife and I felt very special and paid attention to all of our needs. We would have no hesitation recommending this wonderful hotel to our friends and family if they are looking for a place to stay in Napa.

This property looks like a lovely ski resort. The rooms are new and lovely and the staff is friendly. There is a nightly wine tasting and on Thursday and Friday they have lobby massages by the fireplace for those exhausted by the rigors of wine touring.

We truly enjoyed our repeat stay at this beautiful property. The staff wasn't as friendly or as helpful as our first stay. We asked to have our bags picked up but no one showed up. I had to go to the lobby to get someone! But overall a very nice hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and will return. We found our suite amazingly comfortable and loved that we could walk to restaurants. The the guys that parked our car are very nice and helpful as if your staff at the bar and front desk.

Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, except for outside valet area. Noisy!
Free coffee only for gold and platinum? $20/day fee for exactly what? Not everyone parks a car, and for that, one would expect a better gym or at least another elliptical.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was hassle free. One unexpected nice touch was the comp water in the room each day. Most hotels drop a bottle at the begining of the stay and forget about you the rest of your stay.

room service is expensive and poor. Service is slow--so hot food arrives cold. Details (like the pecan's to go with the oatmeal) are forgotten. The menu entry for"sweet bread" is delivered as white bread.
Avoid room service if you can.

My wife and I went to Napa Valley for medical reasons. Since we are SPG members we stayed at the nearest Starwoods hotel which was the Westin. We enjoyed our stay with them so much that we would return to the Westin Verasa for a vacation.
