My husband and I were engaged at Disney so it made perfect sense to celebrate our 5 year anniversary on property. The hotel has a great layout with fun activities and wonderful restaurant options. We ate an amazing meal at Shula's and we're able to hit magic hours at Epcot afterwards to walk it off. :) We closed down the karaoke bar in Kimonos the next night and didn't want to leave come check out. We will stay here again!

As mentioned in previous reviews, this property has an outstanding location, and great facilities on site. On this stay, Swan & SPG staff organized an amazing welcome surprise for the kids' 5th birthday. Service overall was excellent from check in to check out, and all points in between. The hotel did somehow manage to lose our airport car service reservations (twice) but in-house driver Roger came to our rescue. Once again, we LOVED Kimonos, which just keeps getting better. And the poolside flatbread pizza is our new favourite snack. As an added bonus this trip, the kids learned to swim on their own. Maybe next trip (already booked for late this year) we'll get to read a book :) !

We booked a balcony resort/garden view. The room was perfect and everyone was Disney friendly. I would recommend the Swan and when we return, it will be at the Swan. If SPG recognition matters to you, avoid the G/P preferred line.

Wonderful stay during the Food & Wine Classic. The Heavenly bed, was just that! Fantastic stay.

We stay at this property 7-8 times per year. Staff is phenomenal, no better anywhere. Great location for business and the family. The only place we stay in Disney!

I could not have asked more what a great atmosphere and setting for wonderful Disney vacation. I loved that transportation was at our fingertips on any given moment and that we could walk to desired locations throughout our Disney destinations. Many things to do and comfortable delightful stay.

It was a last minute trip to take the kids to Disney just before the Holiday. We had a great time. The hotel is convenient to the parks. We would go to the parks in the am, and come back and rest, and go back in the evenings. We enjoyed the restaurants and coffee shops. All staff was exceptional. The housekeeper took good care of my husband who feel ill during the trip. She could tell he was feeling miserable. The rooms were clean and spacious.
