The hotel rooms need an upgrade and staff, other than Executive Lounge, need additional training. We've stayed at the Westin KL before and service levels have definitely dropped. Lots of little things wrong and it just took extra time and effort to fix- not a 5-star hotel.

Stayed here for a short holiday in KL. Location was perfect, right opposite the Pavillion mall. Walking to KLCC was perfect. Staff went out of their way to welcome me, recognised my SPG status and also searched directions to places for me. The bed was of course, heavenly.

The rendered service is superb and facilities were top notch. Brought my family for a city trip and they loved the stay at the hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is just perfect for shoppers.
This is a hotel worth recommending. Everything is excellent!

Fabulous location, great facilities, welcoming staff that remembered us from our previous stay and go that extra way to make you feel special. A wonderful executive club, with great food and atmosphere. Once you've experienced the westin KL you won't stay anywhere else!

Westin KL is in a great location. Staff are friendly from the front desk staff to the engineers/technicians we met in the lift.
Must try the chinese restaurant at Level 2. The food are palatable. Nice ambience. Request for a table near the window when dinning at night.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and service focused. The hotel is at a great location with excellent shopping and restaurants within a 2 block walk.
I travel 70+ days per year for work and this hotel would rank high on my list for Westin Starwood properties.

Matt and Andrew, front office managers are both sensational!!! These guys give great service. Also concierge organised for a laundromat to pick up, wash, iron, fold and return my clothes back to the hotel, all in 3 hours on a public holiday!!!!!! That is great service.

The wifi in the room and lobby is very upsetting. It is slow and difficult connection. The connection is not consistent too and requires constant connection.
The breakfast spread lacks oriental food. Too much western and indian.
The room service after 11pm is limited.

This hotel locates right at the heart of KL city center. The large famous shopping mall is opposite to the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is perfect. Breakfast is various and plenty.

the hotel is right opposite the pavilion mall that is one of the biggest mall in the golden triangle area. the bar is fantastic place to visit during the night to chill out and relax after a long day. And thank you for the birthday surprises for my traveling partner.

I had been assigned to the SPG room. I thought it would be a nice room. But then, that is wrong, the dust is all over the tables in the room.
Otherwise, the bed is not too comfy to sleep and the bath tub is just too small.
The officers are helpful and excellent.

Comfortable hotel but rooms are now becoming in need of improvement and revamp. No recognition by staff towards Spg gold member. Enhanced room or room upgrade not offered. Breakfast is very good. Excellent location.

Excellent location right in the shopping belt. Covenience for dinning pleasure with most restaurants offering all types and flavour and smells within walking diatance.
Would benefit if a bidet is available to cater to the elderly and the religious obligations.

On my 3rd nite stay, my room smell really bad with smoke! One of the guests on the same floor must have been smoking in a non -smoking floor! Although the staff did provide a air purifier, it didnt help. Hope you can do something to prevent similar happenings.

I always stay at westin KL when I travel to KL in the last three years. I am compelled to point out that there is always insufficient staff at the front desk when I check in. There is a queue of a couple of persons and I have to wait. Please look into this.

This hotel has got a great location, just step away from the malls where you can get anything. It is in the central of Kuala Lumpur and its very convenient. The food in the hotel restaurant is good too, personally, I love Prego, great service and good food!

But the staff need to really listen to guest instead doing the obligatory smile and turning away right after answering.

The one thing I will remember about this hotel is the the Service was out of this world. This hotel has a great location nice lounge good breakfast amazing food choices and wonderful pool area. The one thing that surprised me was it does not have a Spa.

Let's update the hotel. It has been a while since its opening. Rooms are same old with two Black and White photos. Simple and boring. It doesn't match the "hip" Bukit Bintang neighborhood.

Everything was fine except for the food at The Living Room can be better or at least at the same standard as Prego which I also had the pleasure of trying.
The people at the front desk, lobby and conscierge were pleasant and helpful.

If you are a SPG Platinum member, or have booked into a Club room or suite, you can avail yourself to the Westin lounge. Here they serve great breakfast, high tea and evening cocktail. The lounge has been recently renovated, spacious and comfortable.

From the moment I walked in every person I had interacted was eager to help. Newly updated lounge is really cool and different than other Westin hotels I have been to. Employee Idio was extremely helpful and went beyond his duties to comfort my stay.

It's a great hotel to stay in the city with surrounding of interest places and night life. Even the hotel in the middle of the busy city in Kuala Lumpur, I still enjoyed my relaxing time in the hotel. Such a great and relax hotel in the city.

We recently stayed in the Westin Executive suites, rooms were large , wonderful large tvs, great servicing, excellent breakfast buffet catering for every taste. Only comment is the bathroom should have a vent, but otherwise a wonderful stay

Overall the hotel delivered in most areas, however, we had to wait for our room to be available and there was confusion as to where our luggage was located. These issues were resolved within half an hour and the staff were most apologetic.

I stayed in your hotel on 27 Dec 2012 and I observed your breakfast has deteriorated compare to last 2 years. The choices of the foods have been reduced, and the attitude of your staff working at the restaurant need immediate improvement.

I'm going to Westin Hotel at KL, almost every 3 weeks.
I really like the staff : friendly, efficient (even when I ask for a I phone charger, they say Yes, we'll bring you it in a few minutes).

Room and bathroom are spacious; equipment in gym is well maintained; breakfast has a wide variety of selections and overall food quality is good; would be nice if the hotel has a spa; occasionally had to wait for a long time for the lift

The hotel is centrally located for restaurants, shopping and site seeing. The in hotel restaurants offer excellent food, and staff exceedingly friendly and willing to help....the tour desk just a little lacking in short tours on offer.
