Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous weekend! My fiancé and I had SUCH an incredible stay that we ended up staying two extra nights to enjoy the relaxation and explore more of Atlanta. We were on the 6th floor I believe and the view was AMAZING. I had one bad experience with the concierge (Mary) but other than that... we were very pleased with our stay. If I could change one thing about this hotel though, I would say that it needs a spa. We booked a massage by a woman who came to my room and it was fabulous but it would be really nice if we were able to just go spend the day at the spa and then head up to the hotel room and sleep. The Valet is quite expensive ($32.00 a night) and I wish they would comp this if you are staying more than one night or more than two. The food was so-so... the burger I ordered from room service was burnt and not very good and the food at the bar on the 5th floor isn't that great either. But the restaurant at the top of the hotel is FABULOUS!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would suggest the Westin on Peachtree to our friends and family! June 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Downtown Atlanta Hotel Be smart and stay at the downtown Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel if you plan to go to any downtown businesses or restaurants while in Atlanta for more than a day. It is conveniently located to so many places in and around downtown, and we felt we got five-star treatment from the bellhop and cafe server to the manager at the registration desk. And there wasn't anything we needed or asked for that we did not get. June 10, 2014

However, the view from our room was non existant, I requested another room with a better view and was told none were available. Rated 3 out of 5 by Working Order. For a recently remodeled hotel, things did not work well. We went to the rotating lounge for a nice cocktail and a view of Atlanta before dinner. After moving about ten degrees, the rotation stopped and we sat by a wall with no view of Atlanta. After checking out, the down escalator to the valet parking area did not work. So much for convenience to a man with a bad back and a difficulty in walking. Finally, I find it silly that a hotel of your quality should charge for the internet. It seems that the fancier the hotel, the more it charges for extra services. June 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by extraordinery good We had a wonderful stay in this Hotel from the beginning by checking in with (Miss LaTara) till late checking-out Sunday afternoon, The room at 58th floor with a spectacular view was very stylish and the beds very comfortable. Our stay in the bar nearly midnight with a snack and a glas of wine was as great as having a dinner in the Restaurant "Sun Dial" which is located downstairs. Rated 5 out of 5 by Birthday Retreat Words cannot explain how breathtakingly beautiful this establishment is. I came to the Westin Hotel with one goal in mind- to relax and stray away from the "ordinary". From the divinely prepared room to the serene dining experience at the Sundial Restaurant, I feel that I definitely achieved my goal. The "icing on the cake" was the birthday card that I received ON my birthday {slid under my door} with actual signatures. I am making it my duty to return and SOON. May 28, 2014

Maybe this was because we chose not to use valet parking, but we ended up going up several stories in the parking garage and, since there was no elevator, ended up wheeling our suitcases back down through the levels of the garage to get back to the registration desk. Rated 2 out of 5 by Nice room but... The staff was not attentive... They had only 2 check in clerks open on Memorial Day weekend and the valet was the worst experience ever, it totally put a damper on our whole trip. They did not have room for us in the valet parking our first night so we had to park down the street and walk. The second night we thought we'd try again and waited 30 minutes before an attendant would help us. Yet they STILL charged us for 2 nights of parking. I have left several messages with the accounting department and cannot get a call back. I also wish there was something in the room recommending restaurants and attractions nearby. We won't be staying here again, it was just too chaotic. May 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Relaxing Get away The hotel is very comfortable. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything downtown. The rooms are a little cramped, especially the bathroom. But understandable with the shape of the building. I would rather have a cramped bathroom than less windows.The staff are extremely nice and very attentive to your needs. I HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of the in room massage sessions. The view of our beautiful city is second to none. A little disappointed with the lack of safe nightlife within walking distance. Rated 5 out of 5 by An amazing hotel My boyfriend and I stayed here for a concert weekend/graduation celebration and we had an absolutely amazing time! We were able to check in right away when we got there, and the gentleman at the front desk was excellent. I am so sorry I can't remember his name but it started with a K, and he was very personable and knowledgeable as he explained the features of the hotel, he was even able to get us on a high floor like we had requested! View from the room was just as I had hoped! We valleted our car and recieved excellent and timely service from every one of the bellman. We treated ourselved to brunch at Spoondial and were very satisfied with our meal and service as well. There was also a girl at the front desk who was new, she told me she had only been there for a week, but she was so nice and made sure that I got all the help that I needed even if she was still unsure about everything due to still being in training. My boyfriend and I do not get out much because we both work full time and we are very careful about where we will splurge and spend money, and Westin did not disappoint us at all. I am beyond pleased with our experience and we will be staying there anytime we get the chance to visit Atlanta. May 26, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty Good, Just Missing Some Details F&B and overall housekeeping good, but glass on pictures was dirty. Also, very tacky where insulation is masking taped to the vertical part of the ceiling near the windows. Seating left a lot to be desired in the room. Thought you used to have couches. May 19, 2014
