The hotel is centrally located for restaurants, shopping and site seeing. The in hotel restaurants offer excellent food, and staff exceedingly friendly and willing to help....the tour desk just a little lacking in short tours on offer.

Let's update the hotel. It has been a while since its opening. Rooms are same old with two Black and White photos. Simple and boring. It doesn't match the "hip" Bukit Bintang neighborhood.

I ind this place well kept, convenient, and especially the Club floor and the breakfast on the 1st level. Unfortunately due to busy schedules I couldn't use the facilities although i brought my gym gears. I shall use it the next time.

Hamzah at Check-in was very sensitive to guest’s needs, he noticed that I was having coarse voice when I was checking in and offered to send me honey lemon tea to my room. To my surprise, it was complimentary which I did not expect.

Very good location, staff was very helpful and well trained. Stayed three weeks in an nicely furnished apartment and would suggest an extra cleaning session after each week.
We will back as we had an overall positive experience.

Front Desk guys especially Shalesh call me by my full name even before I present my passport ie they remember me like family!
Well done and Syabas (Malay for Bravo) for the great job of making this hotel a second home for me.

As per usual this hotel never fails me, even though during my stay there was a problem with the hot water this was resolved very quickly. As per normal they always never fail to look after me in this hotel.

We had a great experience either westin KL, every detail was great except the mattress is old n too springy and the fridge is not cold... I hope this point can help uyou provide a better service to your future customers.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Westin KL as it was just walking distance to shopping and eating places. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious. And, of course, we love the Heavenly Bed.

Stay over at the Executive Residence this weekend and its nothing but great.
Had business meetings in KL so bought the family over with me. They had a great time at the pool, kids club, etc whilst I was away for work.

No free wifi (something I cannot understand why this is the case for Msian hotels), car park needs some really good touch ups, rooms are dated and need some improvements. Poor sound proofing at rooms.

I think this section in the hotel needs improvements.
Firstly, this is my first time checking in using cash+award points as a Platinum member. I am not sure if I am entitled to all the Platinum member benefits as I was checking in using cash+award points. Only on the 3rd day was I made aware that I was entitled to all the benefits when one of the check-in staff handed me the list of benefits. Check in staff should remind guests of their entitlements. Due to this, my guests and I missed 2 days worth of benefits.
Secondly, there was a discrepancy in billing where one of the rooms I was in wasn't billed accordingly. The mode of payment was meant to be cash+award points but full award points was billed. I can’t see how this mistake could have been made when there was already a pre arrangement on payment mode.
Thirdly, one of the rooms checked out a day early which then caused one of the other 2 valid room’s keys were wrongly cancelled. Information like this is important which can prevent annoying inconveniences to the guests. In this case, it caused my guests problems.

The hotel has a good club lounge and excellent service.
We love the location as well!
If I had to find one thing I would like them to improve, it would be a pool area. Then again this hotel is in the heart of KL!

Housekeeping needs to supervised more closely.
In our room the bathroom marble floor was not as clean as it should be.There was dust on the telephone.
Quality of food in the Dining Room seems to have deteriorated

From checking in to checkout, everything was perfect, the friendliness of staff was above expectations. The variety at breakfast was awesome. The fact that the pool was opened upto 21:30 made it even more relaxing

I was surprised that the housekeeping would left the unwashed cups in the sink. No one washed the cups during my stay. Also, our pyjamias were left unfolded on the sofa. I think the housekeeping could do better

Felt welcomed by the Westin staffs, they are accomodating and quick to provide assistance.
Point to note, i have trouble adjusting the bathroom water temperature, it is always either too cold or too hot.

The hotel is located at the central of KL city, which provide a great convenience to access shopping malls and restaurant. The room is spacious and comfortable. The food served in the hotel is nice too.

during the stay, the room key was disfunctioning at least 3 time, the food served by staff is NO standard and poor quality. the staff and the manager in the lounge need to be re-trained well.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location.
Great rooms, the heavenly bed , many outlets to choose from and very friendly staff members who are all very caring.
