The location isn't too far away from the Strip to be uncomfortable. Room was clean and met our expectations. Check in was quick and staff is friendly.

sehr bescheidenes Angebot - ohne Früchte etc. nur gegen Aufpreis mit Früchten möglich. Schade.

that was one of my most unpleasant experiences I have had in a Hotel Worldwide.
This Westin is old outdated and so is Staff and Managment. You have mold in the vent and AC can see never been cleaned. And in gerneral not very up to standard , not worthy to be called a WESTIIN.
First of all let me say that Starwood in general has a great program and Hotel & Resort . Wherever i stayed so far in Asia , Europe or the Middle East i was treated with the most respect and customer service .
That being said . This does not apply to The Westin Las Vegas Hotel . For several reasons .
Staff does not know about partner programs and gives out false information in a very rude way .
Invoice was not provided.
On my personal check-out the check out time , seems like the time was manipulate from 10:39 to 12:39 so there would not early check out points apply.
Starwood is not aware of my stay with you. Don´t have nothing on file even i booked on-line.
You management does not care about costumer service, problems or feed back . Try to contact the GM Mr. Ortloff at least on 5 times no respond whatsoever.
And the worst thing of all you make me waste my time and the whole stay a very bad experience for me .
I will not recommend or stay in The Westin Las Vegas again. And I will let corporate customer service now about that.

My room was Not ready after 4pm
The Pool is extremly cold, the Heather is brocken.
The Pool was closed for a Day for a privat Party - Thats a No Go

Its my 2. Time in this Hotel. And im sure it was my Last Time. The Standard of the Hotel is low, but this is Normal in the USA. This Time no nice Upgrade for me as Spg Platinum guest. Im here for 3 Nights, in the Time of booking Ort Check in Time no Information that the Pool is closed. This is unfair. For me is a hotelpool extrem important. This is a No Go. The Duty Manager was Not helping me, only Sorry. Thats Not Ok. I pay for this Stay so I would like to use all the Hotel Parts.
Ich kann von diesen Hotel nur abraten. Als Spg Platinum habe ich ein echt schlechtes Upgrade bekommen. Soetwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Habe 3 Nächte hier gebucht, wovon ich jede einzelne Nacht bereue. Es gibt wesentlich bessere Hotels hier in Las Vegas. Der Pool war einfach geschlossen, Informationen hatte ich weder während der Buchung noch während des Check In s bekommen. Der Duty Manager konnte nur sagen: Sorry. Software geht einfach nicht. Daher absolut nicht empfehlenswert dieses Hotel. Sehr schade, da es an Spg Hotels in Las Vegas mangelt.

If feels amazing when you are recognized as a SPG Platinum member. Mia was able to give us a junior suite as requested and welcome us with a warm smile and inform us of our amenities. Room was awesome with complete bathroom and room amenities. Didn't have to ask for a thing! I love when the hotel knows what you like!

We were helped at the front desk by,Mylin. She went out of her way to find a room for friends of our who needed a room for 2 nights. They are SPG members , she made it work for one night which was great. Very nice to work with. More employees need to follow her example.
