One of the best outside ocean view restaurant in the area. Had a relaxing night sitting at the outside bar and enjoyed a great steak!!! The people watching was fun yet not the crazy young scene you see down the street.

Nicely located within walking distance of the "activity" of the beach shops and eateries, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. Great beach across the street, nice pool, wonderful amenities.

My son and I travelled to Florida for a few days of swimming and beaching.
We loved our stay at the Westin....
We were treated wonderfully by the staff....Any issues we had were truly taken care of to beyond our satisfaction!

The staff was friendly and professional. The decor was attractive. The fitness room was tiny and crowded with just 5 people working out. The only flaw was hair in the bath tub from either the previous guest, or housekeeping.

Rooms not cleaned until after 3pm. Not enough towels not enough shampoo, slow valet., What appears to be a frig is actually a cooler so nothing is kept cold. No real empathy from staff regarding issues.

Rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. Ideal location right on the ocean, not too crowded or sparse...just right and adjacent to many restaurants and shops. We loved our time at the Westin and will be back.

There is nothing more to say, than go on... Take a chance on this place, totally meet expectations as. It's short to say its a great place from top to bottom. Valet to rooftop. Will definitely stay here next year.

I loved everything about this hotel - the room was great with a partial water view. Great workout facilities and great beach across the street. Terrific food. Water in the pool was cold, but that was the only complaint.

I can honestly say that this was the nicest hotel stay I have had - ever - anywhere.
I travel for business and spend a few nights a month at hotels all over the country and the Westin will now be my first choice.

After reading all the reviews about upgrades and exceptional customer service I was surprised when any of my request were denied. My main issue was requesting a late checkout since our flight left at 7 pm. The first staff member looked up my account and told me no that is not possible. I came back that night and the second staff member told me they would extend me 30 minutes due to me being a rewards member, making my checkout from noon to 12:30. I had gotten over my disappointment until 4pm when another couple came down to checkout and thanked them for the late checkout. The rooms are comfortable; however, they do not vacuum your floors so any sand, crumbs, etc remains in your room for your entire stay. The bathroom door and shutter window provide little privacy. The location was good - a quick walk up the street to a little more life. Our first day on the beach we were told we could not get a chair since he picked them up at 4:45. Two days later chairs were still out at midnight. The chairs are not even close to the ones pictured in the hotel photos, no cushions, just old plastic chairs like you see at your neighborhood pool.

I was disappointed that the shower was not clean. I found hair on the shower wall.
Also, I stayed two night and had to call for housekeeping service upon my second night to make the beds. This was after 4pm.

Location, conference facilities, amenities, food all good. Staff service excellent. Valet parking system not user friendly. Also, bathroom doors do not provide sufficient privacy.

We recently stayed with you for the second time, and it was just as good as we remembered. Ray at the pool and Naomi and Rachel at the pool bar are all outstanding.

Food at Shula's was not as good as price indicated it would be and service was not good.

Great location, the restaurant was fabulous. Room was great, with an ocean view. The checkout process was slow and took a long time when I was in a rush to get to the airport. The only issues.

This hotel has a great location beachfront. The food options are also great will a poolside grill option or what looks to be a newly added sushi bar as well. The highlight is Shula's steakhouse. Fantastic food and service but a bit expensive so be prepared. In my opinion, it's definitely worth it. As a Platinum guest, be sure to ask for 10% off your food bill (doesn't cover alcohol).
Here are the things I believe the hotel should consider improving:
1. As a Platinum guest, I do not believe we should be charged for parking ($28/night). All guests of Shula's who are not staying overnight at the hotel get complimentary valet service, however, if you stay at the hotel and eat at Shula's, parking is not complimentary. I have a tough time comprehending the logic behind this one. Especially since you are giving the hotel additional business by staying the night.
2. It costs $20 put your beach chair under the umbrellas on the beach. I also think this was a it excessive / shouldn't be the case for loyal SPG members. If you are going to pay $20 I would hope to at least have better chairs and a little table to rest drinks/ food or whatnot.

The Westin has the best beds ever! Was seriously on my hands and knees trying to find labels on the bedding so that I could purchase the same things to make my bed at home feel the same.
