As a Gold preferred memeber we were upgraded to a deluxe room on the 15th floor with a spectacular view of the city.

I stayed at this hotel for business. I called in June and booked the room through my employer. I was told that I would need to change rooms for the last night of my stay because they didn't have a two bed room for that night. I said that would be finer and gave them my employers credit card. I arrived to find out I was only booked the Sunday and not Monday as was discussed. The checkin agent was very condescending and rude he didn't try to help me just told me if I couldn't produce written proof of my reservation thru Monday it wasn't his problem. He told me he didn't have a room for Sunday but I could check back each day and see if any came open. He didn't even look in the computer to check. He waited on others while I was trying to find my confirmation and kept saying " how perfect it was that their arrangements were". We finally got checked in and I called Starwood spoke to a lovely lady who booked me a room in the same hotel not ten minutes after I was just told there weren't any. When I questioned her she didn't know what to say. The room was lacking the exhaust fan didn't work the fridge didn't work and the cups weren't refilled. The door squeaked loudly . This was my first and last experience at a westin
