checked in, water shut off in hotel for 5 hours, arrived after long drive, forget the shower. Woke up in morning to go to meeting, no water, waited one hour, arrived meeting late. should have offered on checkin to move to a different hotel

When in town for business I always stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located near LV Blvd yet outside the most chaotic travel. 5 minute walk to the strip. Clean and comfortable without all the smoke and noise of the strip hotels.

I know new year's eve is a busy time but we sat in the restaurant on the evening of the 30th along with six other tables with no apparent staff working there. No one was eating, no one was serving. We left after one-half hour of silence.

After a long travel day was met by friendly staff and a great room. Super location, just a block from The Strip. Helpful staff answered my many questions. Will definitely return and spread the word to my friends about this great place!

Our accommodations was average to less than average and nothing exceptional in comparison to other like hotels. The staff were very nice, very helpful and very courteous. The hotel for the most part was clean. The pool was very small.

Tub did not drain and I can't believe the maid for the 6th floor didn't notice this when she cleans the tub. Tile going into bathroom and around commode needs to be replaced as it is worn and changing colors.

Great location for the hotel. Just short walk from the strip.
Hotel needs updating and should be listed as a Four Points hotel not a Westin.
Pool area needs a lot of work.
Staff are great!
I expected a Westin hotel.

It was my first stay at the Westin LV and it surpassed my expectations. Amazing customer service, beds, and restaurants. I will be back.
I do wish there was a better pool but I enjoyed being able to use the spa complementary.

Our room was kept clean and made up by a wonderful housekeeping staff at this Westin hotel. Towels, bed etc were kept fresh even if we used more in the afternoon! We were very pleased! We also had some very good roomservice.

Brian at the reservations Counter was amazing! He was very conciensious to fulfill my special requests. Housekeeping was exceptional.
I would HIGHLY recommend a Stay at this facility!! I will be back soon!

Overall, we were disappointed.
We had an accumulation of minor problems that never got resolved or aknowledged. Yet we still paid for the whole thing.
First, Wi-Fi didn't work the first 2 days of our stay. Extremely annoying when you rely on it and are charged for it. This is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. And finding free, reliable Wi-Fi in Vegas was impossible.
Second, there was a leak from the bathroom to the bedroom. I noticed the wet carpet right away but thought housekeeping must have shampooed the carpet. The next couple days it got worse and worse. Everytime I would step out of bed, I would walk on wet carpet. We let the staff know, they sent someone to look at it and we never got any follow-up.
In the hotel brochure, it says you're supposed to get 1 free bottle of water per guest every morning. We only got one. They do have free bottles at the reception though. We knew because we asked.
We ate at the Suede restaurant one night and the staff was not friendly at all. It was after 10pm and we felt like we were disturbing them (we only ordered 1 dish each, same one, nothing crazy). The morning staff at Suede was extremely nice though.
I forgot my phone charger in the bedroom. I called Lost and Found/Security when I realized. I was basically told I was out of luck. If no one brings it back, my loss. They never tried to do more than that. This really disappointed me and I am glad I didn't forget something more important like medication or work documents.
The Spa staff was really nice and helpful as well as the concierge. They are patient and eager to work something with you.

Every request was met with a smile and a quick response. Rooms were nice, and beds were so comfortable! We liked this Westin because we didn't feel crowded like when we visited the other casinos on the strip. Great stay!

My room was comfortable. This was the second time though, that my refrigerator was not working and it was not replaced.
I am also concerned about which floors the pets stay on. I would prefer not to be on those floors.

This was my third stay at this hotel. The first stay was excellent, but each time after that only got worse. The room had a musty smell and did not smell clean and the housekeeping team did not meet expectations.

This was my second stay at The Westin Las Vegas Hotel, Casino & Spa. The one bedroom suite was spacious and luxurious. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the great service as well as the early evening happy hour.

this hotel is best, no smoking anywhere even the casino,. Room Service, whenever you ask for it. FrontDesk staff attentive to all your needs. Centrally Located, Quiet! Spa is Awesome. Love it @ i will be back.

This Westin is a nice property with a very nice staff. When compared to the "mega" casino properties the service is almost personal. Sean at check went way out of his way to accommodate all of my needs....

Slightly off strip, but nothing a 5 minute walk can't solve. Not much on the casino front, but I generally gamble at other casinos anyways so not a big problem. Suede restaurant could use more options on the morning buffet (although what was available was good). Room was clean and staff kept it clean and filled with water everyday. Huge bonus: they emptied out the minibar so anyone can use it for whatever....this is great. Those complimentary bottles of water went straight in and it was great to have a nice cold bottle of water when I get back to my room. Not many hotels does this on the strip and this is a HUGE plus. Overall stay was great.
However, I got stuck on one of the elevators one day. It took 20 minutes to get me out. I was told I would be comped points for the issue, however my account has not been updated as of Sunday night (I checked out Saturday). I wouldn't say this is a reason to stay away because the chances of being stuck on an elevator is pretty minimal, but it was a little scary.
Aside from this, I wouldn't mind staying again as long as the price is reasonable.

The location was convenient (within walking distance) to the convention we were attending. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The facility was very clean. Checkout was fast!

We stayed over Thanksgiving Weekend and enjoyed our stay. The Thanksgiving Buffet was great. The rooms are small, but comfortable. It's nice to have a quiet place to go back to after being on The Strip.

This hotel is modest and adequate. Doesn't have anything fancy. The hotel's casino is very small, but the location of the hotel is pretty close to some of the famous hotels and casinos in Las Vegas.

I require a quiet room away from lifts etc. The room allocated was close to the lifts, but with a quick call, despite the hotel being very busy a new room at the end of a corridor was found for me.

Overall I was pleased with the hotel and its location to the Vegas strip. The room was nice and what you would expect of a Westin. Its not a casino, has some small gaming, but clearly not a casino.

It took 3 phone calls to the service desk (0 for operator) to get someone (maintenance) to come to my room (955) to change out the batteries on the TV remote control. Otherwise, the stay was good.
