This Westin has all the bells and whistles. The lobby is spacious and the variety of food and restaurant options within the hotel are endless. The front desk staff and concierge staff were more than helpful and accomidating. My room was spacious and the bathroom very clean, I wasn't pleased with the bathroom lighting or the water pressure from the sink but the showerheard was amazing! The valet services were also excellent.If you plan to visit Boston...you have to stay here.

I have stayed at the Westin on several occasions before, and am always happy with my overall experience. This time; however, I was a bit disappointed. I checked into my first room and it appeared as if housekeeping had not come to this room yet. The beds weren't made, towels and sheets were on the floor, etc... I called the front desk and requested a room change. They were extremely accommodating and brought me to another room. This second room was no different because housekeeping had not come to this room either. I called the front desk again and asked to get moved. I asked to speak with a manager, and they sent Alex up to escort us to a clean room. Alex was extremely helpful as he apologized for the inconvenience and took care of us. I told him that I completely understand miscommunications sometimes happen, which was the case in this scenario. I appreciated his help in taking control of the situation and making sure we were escorted to a clean room. As expected, the final room was very nice, and I ended up having a wonderful time despite the mishap with the dirty rooms at the start. I was a bit disappointed because I didn't expect that to happen; however, this mishap will not hinder my willingness to stay at the Westin in the future. The way the staff handled this situation proved why they are known for superior customer service. They rescued my experience.

Fantastic service from the front door at the front desk and all the way through the lobby. All staff members were smiling and friendly, very much appreciated after going to the Denver - Patriots game. Broncos season ticket holder since 1969. Bar staff in the Irish Pub were very friendly as well. Thanks

Had a wonderful one night stay here the night of Oct 30th. Came up to watch Game 6 of the World Series and stayed at the Westin Waterfront. The service from staff was great. I particularly appreciated the welcome and service from Calvin at the front desk. He recognized my gold status and truly appreciative of my business and loyalty. I've only had that type of service at one other SPG property. He was a true professional and helped to make the trip a success. He worked to get us a room ready before normal check-in hours. He went above and beyond and it made the trip perfect. I'll stay here again when I'm in the city.

The Westin Seaport Boston made our Birthday Celebration one to remember. A "Welcome Greet" from the Valet and Front Desk started out weekend off to a great start. The hotel is walking distance to all the "outstanding" restaurants at the Seaport area. My husband and I plan to make this an "annual" trip. Thanks for making our stay so memorable.

I thought that the staff was phenomenal, very accommodating and friendly, superb food onsite. The only downside was the location; it was not close to much and on a cold day was not all that great. The pub served as the base for myself and friends for gathering and enjoying a pint or two. Food was EXCELLENT.

I have been staying at the Westin Waterfront on Summer St since the property opened. It is the best hotel in the city, bar none. The service that the staff delivers is second to none. I regularly stay in hotels in NY, Chicago, Miami and the Westin Boston is tops. The key is the people from Hilaire, James, Bill and Otto at the door to greet you to Tope and the Staff at checkin. The rooms are always clean, always ready, they always deliver!
