Stayed recently my 3rd time there and once more it was just perfect. Very nice rooms, but even more important: Staff is just excellent !

First at all, the hotel and its basic staff are perfect.
As I'm working and living in Gurgaon with my wife since more than one year and it was one of my favoured place. Unfortunately last month I had to change to a new apartment within Gurgaon and would like to stay in my "lovely" hotel for a few days maybe for weeks.
Now it started to get difficult. The first “manager” lost me business card and did not reply within more than a week, means no room booking at all. Fine with me, we visit the restaurant ones again and another manager got it done.
During our four night stay we had breakfast, lunch and dinner as usual, just good. Our last lunch (12:15) before the late check-out could surprise us again.
One waiter, Mr. S., tried to guide us to a table, perfect. But now one Lady Ms. T./”manager”, responsible for table reservation, told us there is no table for us even we are hotel guests. Mr S. tried to explain her there are some but she told him in Hindi “shot up”.
You may remember, we are living in Gurgaon since more than one year (fife years in India) and we liked to have lunch and dinner many times during this time at this hotel.
So we decided to leave The Westin immediately to get our lunch somewhere else.
In between Mr S. rushed to his boss, convinced him about the restaurant pre-booking and ask us to come back to have lunch. HE got it done NOT the “middle management” in this hotel.
To make it short, this hotel is one of the best hotels in Delhi/Gurgaon.
The top management should step down to check their middle management here and there.
And ones again the basic staffs is not more than PERFECT.

This hotel is 6 star.....really!
I hosted my clients here - we both came from Canada. What a treat - a real home away from home. The staff are really incredible. Helpful and attentive. The food was also a winner - what a fantastic selection. As a Platinum I was upgraded upon arrival. There is an exec lounge that is very nice for both breakfast and dinner. I used the Spa the first day and the treatment was very professional and soothing.

Beautiful hotel and from the moment we arrived the staff worked to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Ajit saw to every detail of our needs and the hotel drivers went above and beyond expectations taking care of us.

This facility is everything I expect from a Westin but its the service that makes it a step above the rest.

Beautiful Westin, Was upgraded to suite on arrival which was very nice for some needed relaxation. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were excellent. Overall loved this visit and can't wait to return!

I recently had two one night stays at the Westin Gurgaon. Both stays were great, starting with the airport pickup, checkin in Executive Lounge, Platinum Recognition/Upgrades (two back to back nice suite upgrades), hotel dining and overall service and facilities in the executive lounge.
On one of the stays we spent the bulk of the day in the Executive Lounge having meetings. We used the free conference room for several hours, and the staff attended to our every need. The breakfast and evening snacks (dinner) provided in the lounge are also terrific and certainly much better than most lounges.
This hotel is well located for those with business in the Gurgaon area and also for those who are looking for a full service five star experience near the airport.
Oh, one my second stay, there was a nice personalized pastry in my room welcoming me back to the property -- I'm not a sweets person, but this was most delicious and appreciated.
The only ding I would have on these two stays and this is really pretty minor in the big scheme of things is that on one of the airport pickups the water bottle and towel were not chilled as advertised, but rather piping hot, as they had sat in the hot trunk of the car, not in an ice chest.
Looking forward to future visits to the Westin Gugaon.
