My friends and I had a 'girls' weekend and loved the hotel. We could walk if we wanted to the strip - close to everything ! Staff was great and welcoming.
Loved the spa! Cant wait to return.

There was a bottle of Body Lotion ONLY in the room. NO Shampoo, Conditioner or Bath Gel in the bathroom.
At 4:00AM< I was not going to call someone for shampoo, I was running late for my flight.

This hotel is modest and adequate. Doesn't have anything fancy. The hotel's casino is very small, but the location of the hotel is pretty close to some of the famous hotels and casinos in Las Vegas.

This was a good location (close to the strip). The room/bath were great and they provide Starbucks (free in room). We had room service the last night and the food was good and not overly expensive.

I require a quiet room away from lifts etc. The room allocated was close to the lifts, but with a quick call, despite the hotel being very busy a new room at the end of a corridor was found for me.

Overall I was pleased with the hotel and its location to the Vegas strip. The room was nice and what you would expect of a Westin. Its not a casino, has some small gaming, but clearly not a casino.

It took 3 phone calls to the service desk (0 for operator) to get someone (maintenance) to come to my room (955) to change out the batteries on the TV remote control. Otherwise, the stay was good.

I'm a flight attendant, and stayed here on my layover. I sincerely enjoyed my room, and slept very soundly. Modern and comfortable designs with friendly staff made this a pleasurable experience!

My only complaint is the bathroom is small, and room had a musty smell when the airconditioner was not running.
The location was fine for us, off the strip, a long walk to all other activities.

just off the strip, nice and quiet location to get away from the maddening crowd of Las Vegas Blvd.
Rooms are extrememly comfortable and the restaurant, Suede, has great service and great food.

Room was good. Staff was very accommodating. Didn't understand vacuuming at 8:00 am in the hallway or maintenance with screw gun at 8:00 am either. Will definitely return though.

Woke up 3A on my 2nd night stay to a sulphur odor in my room. Got stronger as I moved towards the bathroom. I opened the door to my room and the hallway was filled with this horrible odor.

Our room smelled of mildew. I've stayed at other Westin hotels in the Los Angeles area that was way nicer than this one. The check-in area & lounge is very nice, but our room smelled bad.

The checking in procedure and subsequent use of your hotel facilities is not geared for customers such as me who come from countries which do not have credit cards and instead have cash.

Very friendly service, Room was bright, fresh and clean. The smaller size of the hotel and its casino was refreshing after spending the day on the strip.

Enjoyed the stay. Casino was small bur nice. Help from young lady at the desk was superb!. I liked getting star points for gambling in the Casino. There was not a lot of dining choices.

This hotel is more a Westin than a Casino hotel. This is a plus if you want to relax in a hotel that is not insanely crowded, and in a pool not full of kids and/or intoxicated people.

We checked in early in the morning and was surprised the room was ready for us! I love their coffee in the room. I love the Westin signature scent- white tea!!

Recently stayed here while attending a local convention. After hours of fighting crowds at the convention center, it was a relief to return to the Westin and find a little oasis.

This place is a joke. First of all, the room was dingy and the swimming pool/deck area was horrible. The pool area was so small. If you are going to relax at all, you will be really disappointed when comparing to all other hotels on the strip in Vegas. It's off the strip, but not too far, so I guess that isn't a huge issue if you don't mind being off the strip.
Now, for SPG members--do NOT waste your time here. Starting in 2014, there are now other properties that give you starpoints for your stay. I wish I had known that. I stayed in March and it is now mid-June and I finally have my points for my stay. I called and emailed at least 10 times. People would say they would call me back and they never would. I spent $250 in their spa in order to get a special of 2,000 points for every $100 you spend—but it was the biggest hassle to even get the points applied! If I didn’t stay on top of it, I never would have got them. I called last week three times because I was finally fed up. The woman told me she would call me right back (again!!), and she never did. I logged on to my account and finally noticed the points were there—where was my phone call telling me the outcome?! These people have incredibly poor customer service and need to up their game if they are going to have SPG members stay there. I will never stay there again. I'm so disgusted by the amount of times I had to reach out to them.
