The cleaning service wasn't appropriate. Only the beds were made. The coffee wasn't replenished and the towels in the bathroom weren't replenished either.

My husband and I stay at the Plaza for needed breaks. We live only 20 minutes away and find it a very pleasant get away. We have stayed there twice and will be staying again in July.

Hotel met needs of our organization for Scientific Meeting. All staff were genuinely friendly and attended to needs but were not "bothersome" as can sometimes occur.

Great facility! I would definitely stay here again. The revolving Sun Dail Restaurant is a plus as well! FYI...when making reservations, the higher the floor, the better the view.

There was no water on Sunday. Expensive hotel for there to be no water. It was explained that there was no water in that area, but all of the restaurants around had water.

Staff at check in were either new or not aware of computer system, check in took at long time and caused a great deal on stress. Resturant on top of hotel was excellent!

Overall my room was nice and the hotel is centrally located downtown ATL. My only issue is, house keeping did not service our room without a request by us during our full stay.

I planned a meeting in a short time and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Before I arrived Preston called to see what my arrival time would be and greeted me at the door.

We like the room, especially the beds provided were very comfortable and clean. However, some other things require improvement:
1. Water - On the day (early morning 5am) we needed to fly back to Singapore (30 hour flight), we woke up to discover the bathroom water was muddy and not suitable for bathing at all. This is a no-no, considering we were about to spend long hours in airplanes.
2. Reception - Bad reception service. On the night we arrived from Orlando (7-hour drive), there was long queue at the reception to check in, and worst of all, only 1 staff working. This turned off quite a number of other guests as well. Same happened when we checked out as well. We understand many other guests were rushing off as well, but your staffs were still taking their own time chatting around. On top of that, your own computer system did not work, and my SPG points not being recorded down. A lot of work to be done at the Reception, seriously.
3. Car Park - This is a 5-star hotel, with a 1-star car park. Please renovate your car park, as it looks dodgy, dark and dirty. And, you charge me $22 per day for this.

Very disappointing service: the room has not been refreshed with new amenities for 3 days, no dispo, no shampoo, no shower gel, no water! Despite 3 calls to the reception!

The hotel is awesome. You could tell everyone took pride in their job and it made the hotel standout. It's the people and they are truly an asset to this establishment.

There were 2 false alarms and it was not fun since I had to walk through the stairway from the 52nd floor.
Wish it didn't happen but overall everything else was great.

Check-in staff was great and room had amazing views, but room was tired and need updating. Hotel's PMS crashed on multiple occasions. Great box just needs major update.

This was a perfect stay while working at America's Mart. The Westin's access to the mart is very convenient. I will definitely be staying there in the future.

I stayed during a large youth conference, and 20 minute waits for elevators were the rule rather than the exception. Bandwidth in the hotel was nonexistent, and the staff was nowhere to be found, even at non-peak times. There was nobody at or near the front desk at my checkout time of 5:50 AM, I waited 10 minutes and looked around, but there was no staff at all, just a desert, so I went to get my car, and waited 15 minutes to get my car from the valet, but at least there was someone at the desk. The rooftop restaurant staff was awesome, Clinton, et al. were great, but the place really is tired. The music was a pleasant distraction however. The room had a very comfortable bed, but was very cold near the windows, (yes, I closed the drapes) and too warm other places when heated to a comfortable level. Entry to the parking area was a little difficult, but I suppose the hotel has no control over the traffic. Perhaps a few small signs locally pointing to parking entrance would be a solution. Overall, my stay was aggravating, but not awful, and again the high points were the bar staff, the comfortable bed, and the live music.

I stayed on the 47th floor and had a great view of Centennial Park. Staff were great. Room was excellent, very comfortable. Very convenient to Convention Center.

I live in Atlanta and stay at the Westin often. On my resent stay 12/31/12-1/1/13, on the morning of check out there was no hot water.

My wife and I stayed at the Westin, the staff was friendly and helpful, I was in town for a conference and the hotel and staff made it seem more like a vacation.

Parking and registration were a veritable nightmare. Over 1 1/2 hours to get in the parking deck and same for registration. I will never come down here again.

The added costs of internet and the room service charges are extremely expensive. The cost of the room itself seemed within reason it is just all the add-ons.
