Rated 5 out of 5 by WorkshopLeader Great value
I wanted to book a hotel both near Amtrak train station and where I would be leading a workshop. Convenience of location, room price and of course safety were my major concerns. My real surprise was how lovely my room and the entire Westin Copley Place were, and so centrally located to historic sites. This hotel was a great find ~ and at a very reasonable price, a great value!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Eloise18 Your standard luxe hotel...
I was very disappointed in my stay here. All in all it's obviously a very nice hotel. However the staff, from front desk personnel to bell boys were very cold, unhelpful and rude. The food was average, borderline bad. I had the greasiest english muffin & eggs in my life.
The bed was not very comfortable or cozy. Great service is really the only point of differentiation hotels have, surprising it's not more of priority to the Westin brand given all the other thousands of choices available out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Marcia16 Welcoming, present, very helpful staff
I would like to thank the concierges who went out of their way to help us with our queries; the waiters we had for our breakfasts were kind and helpful, adding to the general ambiance of warmth and hospitality we found at the hotel.

Rated 1 out of 5 by garyb1951 On 35th Floor Elevator NOT working!
I travel about 90 days a year and have stayed here many times. This past week I was on the 35th floor and the elevator was out for about three hours from 8 AM to 11 AM. I understand that there have been ongoing problems in the electrical system since the transformer fire. Hard to trust this property again. I have never had a problem like this in any hotel before (I am in my 60's and I have travelled a lot).

Rated 5 out of 5 by LucyG Great spot in Boston!
A fantastic experience, I was especially taken with the to-go food market Ingredients. It literally had everything I needed, from fresh take-away ostmesl and hard boiled eggs in the morning, to a fresh and ready chicken Caesar salad for lunch. Perfect alternative to sit down, expensive dining when on the go for business travel. Room was also highly comfortable! A great experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PrincessJoy Fabulous stay as always!
The Westin Copley Place is my personal favorite for a visit to the Boston area. The hotel is contemporary and cozy while the staff is so often accommodating. What brings me back time after time is the Westin Heavenly Bed. It is exactly that, absolutely heavenly. The sleep I receive at the Westin is like none other and I look forward to my next visit so that I may indulge again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SRoot Comfortable and Convenient
My family (two adults and two children) stayed here for two days after three weeks in the States. We were looking for a place that was convenient, easy, comfortable and would allow us to do some tourist activities with ease...the Westin exceeded all of our goals. We will stay here again for sure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by damon86 charges not mine, internet is beyond frustrating
I had to spend 3 + hours on the phone with your 3rd party tech support where I had to provide your hotel information and then I get charged for internet and was NEVER able to connect. I try to call to get rectified and staff puts me on hold for 30+ min. I am contacting my co to take Westin off of the hotel lists that we stay at due to my experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tfos Love the Westin Copley
I've stayed at The Westin Copley several times and love it's location - right in the heart of Boston's Back Bay and just a few minute walk from the Hancock Tower and other office buildings. I stayed this time also with my family on Fourth of July in a river view room and it was spectacular - our room aligned with the fireworks barge and the view was fantastic.

Our stay was fantastic. Regina at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful view of the river and we felt like we had the whole floor to ourselves. Didn't see another person unless we went to the 2nd floor lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at to everyone. Our room was the cleanest room we've ever had.........

Everything was fabulous - staff, room and location. Easy walk to everything from historical spots to shopping in two malls (did not have to go outside to shop. Only downside was neighbor kept slamming door each time they came and went - all day and late into the night.... Wouldn't let that stop you from staying here! Highly recommend this hotel!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mauricia Awesome Hotel & Staff
The staff here is exceptional. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful, from the check-in desk, to the valet, to the bellman. I was very pleased.
My firstsuggestion is better lighting. I know we are in the age of going green and sustainability, but the guest bathrooms are really dark and aren't good for doing make-up. Everywhere else the dim lighting is fine. Maybe adding a light on a make-up mirror would help.
My second suggestion is outlets near the bed. My roommates and I had to fight over the one outlet near the bed behind the lamp to charge our phones. I know there are outlets in the desk but people like to have their phones near them.

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel.
After travelling a long flight from Singapore to Boston. I feels I am back to some place that I am familiar with from the time I reached the hotel lobby till enter the room.
Make myself a cup of hot coffee and a hot shower and ready to move on for the rest of the day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SteveEast Great stay (minus the breakfast)
Breakfast for two was not worth $60+. Not worth the money plus muffin eggs benedict served on was too doughy, hash browns were not good (cooked in a slab) unlike the homefries in the buffet which looked better:(

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gen50Bil Excellent location - especially if weather is 'bad'
Attached to the Copley Center with an enclosed walkway and another to the Prudential Center Shopping Center - - which is great if it is raining, snowing or windy !!! Very large lobby area with a handy bar and restaurant. I had a fantastic view of the Boston area from my very large wall to wall windows.

The Westin Copley Place is the best Hotel to stay at for a Red Sox Game weekend - or for playing around the city. You can park your car and just walk!
We love this hotel for Sox games - its only about a 10 min walk to the game - and then after the game, you just walk back - NO TRAFFIC!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Traveler300 Our Room Had A Great View!
We enjoyed our stay here. The only criticism is that the bed was not as comfortable as we would have expected. We were on a club level and had an incredible view of the river and Cambridge. Also watch out for the hefty parking fees! Overall, however, very convenient and enjoyable stay.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JE65 Disappointing for a Westin
I have had good luck with Westin's in other cities but Boston Copley Westin was not up to par. Front desk staff was unprofessional. Several problems with room including cleanliness, billing, missing items in room. Staff seemed to be quite inexperienced. View is nice, food good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JimboP Best hotel I have stayed in while in Boston
The view from 2110 is amazing and the bedding is very comfortable. I appreciate the option for additional Starwood points for opting out of housekeeping and yet you still saw that I was consuming the in room coffee and replaced it. That is meeting my unexpressed needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DebbieG123 Perfect Location and Excellent Service
The Westin Copley Place is in a perfect location to enjoy the Back Bay. Around the corner from Trinity Church, a couple blocks from shopping on Newbury Street, and lots of great restaurants. Unfortunately I was out and about so much, I didn't have a chance to visit the pool, gym or restaurants in the hotel.
I did manage to unfortunately leave my laptop in my room in my rush to catch a plane, and was ecstatic when Chris Howell, the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond to help me out and have it shipped to me outside of the hotel's normal shipping hours. Thank you so much! Total life saver!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by meetings Conference Hotel
We attend conferences at many hotel chains. This was the easiest to check in, with a car, and leave several days later. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth and efficient.
Next, food for group lunches and dinners was one of the best and was healthy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TracyS33 Good Experience
I was in Boston for the very first time for a conference. I got into town early because I wanted to do some site seeing. When I checked in I stated this to the very friendly girl behind the desk. She was so helpful! I told her where I wanted to go and she handed me a map and recommended the way to get there so I could see other things along the way.
My room was clean and so comfortable. If I could ship that bed home I would have. Best sleep ever!
The only negative thing I can say is that the elevators took forever to get to the floor you were on. I was on the 30th and it seemed like it took 5 minutes to arrive.
Overall it was a great experience

Rated 5 out of 5 by GRL50 Treat Yourself
We stayed at the Westin (on Huntington) for 2 nights. I now want to live there (enough said). We were greeted by Dan (Grey Suite, I know there are two). He was WONDERFUL. Check in was a relaxed meet and greet, not a standard business transaction. We upgraded to a room on the 30th floor overlooking the waterfront. What a great view of the city. The staff was helpful to find area attractions (many of the city offerings are within walking distance), and two connecting shopping malls with restaurants. The room is stylish and the beds are so comfortable. We spent some time in the pool as well. This is really a place to treat yourself and well worth the stay.
