We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our return at the end of the month. I think wifi should be free, however....this is my only criticism.

We brought our children, and we were all very welcomed. Great waitress in the bar/restaurant. Beautiful pool with a staffed life guard. Clean and very very comfortable..The heavenly bed and heavenly shower is also a plus. Staff were great.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and there is a reason why. They continue to do something well and good.
If you ask me, SPG should use this hotel as the model of the SPG program (in terms of recognition) and professionalism.

The check in was quick and efficient with friendly staff. However, don't leave food sitting out or it will be thrown away. Ours, sitting on the desk; was gone upon our return trip from down stairs in the lobby to meet friends.

Went to Balitmore for a baseball game. Hotel was excellent, took us by shuttle to the light path and then picked us up after we returned from the game as promised.
The next morning was a complimentary breakfast which was great.

Wi-Fi service locked out my iPad. Calling the Customer Service help desk was useless. Connected with my laptop. This worked but the upload/download speed was so slow it was virtually useless. Not business friendly at all.

This hotel is not something Westin should be proud of. I stayed for six days starting on September 18th and departed on September 24th. The first two days were fine but starting on the weekend things went downhill fast.
On Saturday my room was not touched all day. I came back to dirty towels still not collected, bed unmade, trash not collected etc. Not something you want to see after a long day. I called down to the front desk and they said they would send someone up immediately. After 30 minutes I went down to the front desk and asked for towels and told them no one had been up to take care of things. They said they were sorry, gave me towels and that was that. 15 minutes later the housekeeper came and said she was eating when she got the call. She proceeded to ask me to empty out the coffee maker and hand her the trash. She then took the dirty towels and placed them on the cart with a pile of clean towels. Ewww! Somehow discarded furniture appeared in the hallway with chair pillows thrown on top. That remained in the hall until Monday afternoon. Dirty trays from room service were also left in the hall for two days. It's was like the staff left for the weekend and didn't return to work until Monday afternoon. (I actually took pictures of the discarded furniture etc. because I knew a picture speaks louder) I forgot to mention I was staying on the 7th floor which is Club Level. The Club Level lounge was piled high with dirty plates and utensils and tables were left uncleared. All in all, I felt like I was in a two star hotel. I voiced my concerns at check-out and they did offer me points. I declined. The staff at this hotel are just taking up space if you ask me. Westin Corporate....do something please!!!!!

Very clean Hotel. Air conditioning in room was broke. They offered to move us to another room in the middle of the night which was not an option with 4 sleeping kids. The offered several apologies but no compensation.

We should concluded a 3-day conference and the support and service was excellent. The food, especially the buffets set up for breakfast, lunch and one dinner were as good as I have enjoyed at meetings anywhere.

This hotel has an excellent staff, great food and the best beds for tired travelers. It is in an area that is close to the airport yet very quiet.
The workout facility is excellent and the pool is heated all year.

Everyone was so nice to us from early in the morning starting with Kia and her great smile, to KrisTEN on the Service Exspress line, outstanding service. Our room was so fresh and clean we felt like royalty.

This is a nice hotel -- it is airy and attractive with a bit of a minimalist zen feel in both the lobby areas and the room itself. My only concern was the comforter on the bed was stained.

While the front desk was polite and accommodating for a Gold SPG member, upgrading to the club level floor was disappointing as well as the dining.
First the dining: The service was slow, and since this was a business trip and only had 1 hour for lunch, I had to leave my lunch half unfinished both Thursday & Friday. Which was not even a bad thing since the quality of the food left much to be desired. The club sandwich had stale bread, fries were salty, greasy and & uneatable, a grilled cheese sandwich was soaked in oil/butter that made it difficult to eat. The only decent thing I ate was a salad the first day I arrived.
Second: the executive lounge was a joke. It was only open 6-9am then 6-10 and closed Friday night! Again the foods & drinks served were minimal, and of course part of the same Luminous restaurant. Why did I pay $30 more for this "privilege"?
Last we were surprised at 4:45am Thursday with a fire alarm which we had to evacuate the building. Ok if it's a fire - understandable. But, the hotel did nothing to recognize the inconvenienced guests: not even a "were you ok" or maybe an apology ...

This hotel had great features with great service. Everyone was very friendly and food was excellant. Our waitress Astir gave us excellent service during our stay at the Westin in Baltimore.

Stayed one night on the tail end of a business trip with early flight the next morning. The hotel, the staff, the evening manager's reception/video game night were awesome. I will be back.

I stayed at the Hotel during a business trip. The hotel is extremely relaxing and Beautiful. The staff was always ready and willing to help. I felt like a true SPG.

We needed hotels for a late evening arrival and an early morning departure at BWI. Being a Starwood platinum member, I checked out the availability and reviews of the numerous Starwood options in the area. I prefer the Westin Brand option when everything else is about equal, so I ended up booking our arrival-night stay at the Westin Airport hotel. We were supposed to arrive at the hotel around 1:00 AM. But our connecting flight out of DFW was delayed, so we did not get to the hotel until after 5:00 AM. I had called the hotel and they had everything arranged so we could go directly to our room. We were upgraded to the executive club floor. The room was very nice, very spacious, with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The club room was not open on Saturday, so we got free buffet breakfast in the dining room. When I awoke at 10, I went down for breakfast and they allowed me to take a breakfast plate back up to the room for my wife to ahve when see awoke. The service, accommodations, staff and facilities were up to or exceeded the Westin standards. I only wish that we would have had a little more time to enjoy our room.

No heat in my room!!! I arrived at the hotel after being in transit over 24 hours. Once I checked in, I went straight to my room to get some well needed rest. After setting the thermostat I went to sleep only to wake up around midnight freezing! I called the front desk and they told me to re-set the thermostat. After another 2-3 hours of cold, I called the front desk and they finally sent someone up who figured out it must be broken. Around 4:30am they moved me to another room. So much for getting a good night sleep. In the morning I expressed my discontent to the manager who told me he couldn't do much and that I booked my stay via Expedia!?!?? Why the lie? Afterall, I didn't get to Platinum by booking via Expedia nor that other site! Once I showed him my email confirmation from Starwood, he went mute. Anyway, he promised to remove the bill for dinner and credit me 2,000 points. Because of his attitude, what should have been a 2 night stay turned into one. Of course I still don't see the points credited to my account. We all understand that mechanical things break. However, a breakdown in service from an otherwise fine hotel, is a very BIG disappointment.
