I stayed here for the 3rd time for the Texas Clown Convention - once in 2001, then in 2011 and 2012. The hotel just keeps getting better! Your staff could not be more accommodating. The rooms were all clean and beautiful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and well presented. The staff was able to quickly and efficiently set up rooms for us. We are so happy we stayed at the DFW Westin!

Enjoyed our Labor Day weekend at this hotel. The staff was professional ,nice, and helpful. The Westin Hotel at this location is very clean. Our room had a great view ,the bed was soft n comfortable.Easy access to the DFW airport . Highly recommend this hotel n would stay again at The Westin Hotel

Over all the hotel was very good. Bed was comfortable, yet the sheets were so stiff it edged on being uncomfortable. Disappointed there was a LOCK on the refrigerator! Glad I brought a cooler! Plus I don't drink coffee and having to use the coffee maker to make hot water left the tea tasting funny. No microwave. Restaurant had very good food but had no way to warm up leftovers.

The stay at this hotel was very good. One exception was that on the second floor where I had a room was above the Blue Flame Grill and there was apparently some type of equipment continuously making noises that would come through the walls in the evening and early morning hours. This made it somewhat difficult to rest quietly. Other than that, the hotel met my expectations.

We stayed for one nigh before an early morning departure at DFW. Great SPG Gold recognition - upgraded to a suite without asking. Modern, clean, updated facility with nice rooftop pool. Would definitely stay again!

LOUD MUSIC made sleeping on the 8th floor nearly impossible.

By far some of the best service I consistently receive is from Christine & Robert. Even if it's been months since my last stay they rememeber my name & my drink of choice.
Only negative is pulling the scallops appitiezer off the menu. Christine went above & beyond the call of duty & had it made for me, but please don't take the best item you have off the menu.

My only issues with this hotel was that they may have been experiencing some electrical issues during our conference. The power went out several times during my 3 days there. They also seemed to only be running (1) elevator although we were one of several conferences there and we had over 200 in attendance, It made it difficult to get to the room at times.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, with a gracious and accommodating staff. This would be my FIRST choice in the DFW area! The bed was nothing short of spectacular and the room service exceeded by expectations both in quality of food and speed of service. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The noise levels in my room were unbelievable. I couldn't sleep at all. Not sure if it was the freight elevator or external noise that intruded. I finally called the front desk at 2:30 am after 3 hours of just trying to close my eyes. I had a very important meeting at 8 am and I showed up completely exhausted. Never again will I be staying at your hotel.

For a Westin hotel, I have to say I was disappointed. The halls had a funny smell, they were hot and humid, the carpets, wall & furniture are beat up. No refrigerator in the room. Cheap toliet paper that fell apart in your hands. One morning I called to order breakfast (3 times) and no one ever answered so we went to Denny's across the street.

The Hotel had 2 conventions going on and I could not check in until 4:30 p.m., when check in is at 3:00 p.m. They were not prepared for the large crowd which they knew well in advance and did not have enough staff for check in and to clean rooms. This was totally unacceptable. All they could say was I'm sorry.

The Westin came highly recommended from the organization we were there participating with. We had several issues starting with the amenities advised the room would have, the amount originally charged, and several problems with room itself that had to be fixed at checked in. I was disappointed to say the least.

While all of the staff were very kind and apologetic for the many mishaps - it made my three days a little difficult to recommend this hotel.

Went to Dallas for the first Cowboy game and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel to stay at. Everything and everyone at Westin were great. My grandsons enjoyed the green apples at check in desk. Thank you !

This is a model Starwood property! My husband and I had the pleasure of being check in by Christine; she greeted us as if we were returning home. Our room was wonderful, breakfast was outstanding, and transportation to and from the airport was timely.
I have stayed in many Starwood properties; however, this one always exceeds my expectations.

I was stranded in Dallas due to the ice on Christmas Day & had to book a room for the night. I generally only stay in Starwood properties as they are typically very consistent, however not in this case! I waited for the hotel shuttle outside in 28 degree temperature for over an hour & finally had to take a taxi (the hotel is only 2 miles from the airport). There was only one person answering the phone and he was extremely rude & kept putting me on hold. After finally arriving at the hotel and not eating all day, I was told that the restaurant & bar were closed for the holiday. There was NO room service and no minibar in the room. In addition, I spoke with two other families forced to stay overnight and there room rate was $25.00 plus taxes less than my rate. Bottom line, this airport hotel property was not prepared at all for the anticipated storm and completely under staffed!! Guests had to suffer due to their very poor operational decisions…

I absolutely love the staff at this hotel. The one touch service is incredibly helpful when you are working 14+ hour days. I appreciate not having to wait on the phone for the transfer to another department. The staff at this Westin is exceptional; helpful, friendly, and professional. They definitely define what is needed and how to do it.

I have stayed at this hotel for five years and it has continued to improve and exceed my expectations. The staff are open and friendly. The breakfast was superb and of course the beds are heavenly. It has become a tradition for me and my best friend to celebrate our birthdays here and will sure to be one of the highlights of every year.

Hotel used to be above average compared to its competitors. Now it allows dogs. I think it is great that people with dogs have options, but it should be limited to motels where they aren't in common areas/elevators. It is also very noisy. Hard to sleep when people are carrying on conversations in the hallways and slamming their doors.

This hotel is subdued in appearance and has warm and welcoming staff. Clean rooms, good service, and prompt response with any requests you may have during your stay. Feels very tranquil which is great after a stressful day at the office and in meetings. Excellent breakfast buffet with many selections. Highly recommend this location.

Upon checkout I was informed that I had charges for telephone calls. Guess what, I wasn't even near the hotel when the first of two calls were made. While they adjusted the charges, I am not sure what else went on in my room when I was out. Therefore, I am going away very DISAPPOINTED!!

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! They welcomed me with pleasure and everyone was extremely nice! The onsite lounge had great food and drinks. The breakfast was fantastic-huge variety! This is definitely my first choice hotel when I'm in Dallas/FT Worth area! I can't wait till next time!

OUtside of the Weston name on the building this hotel does not reflect the westin brad well. Very tired looking and rooms are equally aged. Front desk staff when I called down was short and place me on hold twice, then transferred my to the restaurant where I was also placed on hold for a while. Would not stay here again.

I am a frequent Westin customer but this hotel was not up to standards that one would expect. The staff was unavailable and unconcerned with my issues. The concierge did not know Dallas and the recommended taxi service was a hustle. Do not stay here EVER!!!

I found the hotel property to be tastefully decorated and convenient for the traveler. The staff was excellent and very accomodating to meet my needs. I was especially impressed with Hector, Tony, and Cole, who all saw to my needs. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all carefully prepared, made with fresh ingredients.

This hotel was everything I imagined, and more. The hotel lobby had several areas for congregating during our conference, and the rooms were very clean and modern; the bed and linens were the best quality I've ever seen in a hotel. I will definitely go back to this hotel when traveling in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area!
