Anything I asked for, was handled with efficiency and professionalism. They were top notch!
That is the main contact one has in the Hotel and they set the experince for the stay.

The Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and clean and roomy...the beds are superb, I slept great! The location is such that it is walking distance to numerous restaurants and sites. I would recommend staying as the Westin.

We just concluded a 6 day stay at the Westin Washington DC City Center Hotel celebrating a birthday. The hotel manager Pinar Dincer and her well-trained, personable and attentive staff made the stay a truly memorable one. The staff was always welcoming, smiling, and attended to our every need.
The property is in a great location (lose to Metro and City Bikeshare) and is undergoing a most-welcome renovation. Ms. Dincer has done a great job overseeing every detail at the property. We have been a SPG Platinum member for over a decade -- Ms. Dincer has developed the best team we've encountered at any property. The manager and her team made the celebration perfect!

I am a spoiled platinum guest. After reading the reviews, I was very concerned about staying at this property - but it significantly exceeded my expectations. Any area where the age of the property fell short, the staff made up in their willingness to go above and beyond. I even extended my stay. I would stay at this property again.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at The Westin. The staff were all very accommodating! If we were to return to D.C., we would consider staying here again. It was nice to have the free wi-fi as an amenity with being a Starwood Preferred Member. It would be nice not to pay $49 a night for parking.
Overall, no complaints. It was a pleasant experience!

I stayed there back in 2010 November and the stay was great. The staff did great and I did not encounter any problems during my stay. I was there on business + sightseeing and the hotel was perfect for both purposes. I heartily recommend to others (again, this was at the end of 2010, things might have changed since then).

The staff was exceptionally friendly upon check-in especially Andrew and our bellman - not sure of his name but we checked in mid afternoon Sunday. He explained everything so well for us in our room and offered to get ice - nice touch. We thought the parking rates exorbitant, as have stayed in many Westin's. We got charged twice per night but got it taken care of upon checkout, we hope. Even though we pre-paid our reservation back in mid July, I see a charge on our bank account this morning so am hoping it will be resolved. There was an extremely dirty wash cloth left by housekeeping on the shower rod when we checked into the room. Other than that the room was wonderful and it felt like home as this was our second time at your hotel (we were there over Thanksgiving last year).
