Rated 5 out of 5 Above and Beyond Always
This hotel consistently over performs. Ana at the front desk goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

Rated 1 out of 5 The Worst Hotel Stay I Have Ever Had, In My Life, No Word Of a Lie.
A friend and I booked a room on the fly, because we anticipated having a few drinks at a comedy show we were attending at the new comedy club at the Weston Hotel.
We looked for a room on an iPhone app called "Hotel Tonight", and found an attractive price of $150. Upon speaking to the front desk staff, they in fact DID NOT have a room for that rate, but rather $170 (~$190 with taxes and surcharges). Not a real big deal, although I dont get how they didnt honor the advertised price online.
We went to the comedy show, not going to the room beforehand, and ending up meeting up with friends later. Upon entering the the room for the first time around 2am, we found that the room was not cleaned from the last partron. Wet towels on the floor, used toiletries, full trash cans, unkept beds. Everything you would expect from a room that was not cleaned after its prior tenant.
We called the front desk to sort everything out, and he rushed up to check out the room and give us our new hotel keys. They didn't offer to comp us a % of the room. No offer of parking comped. No offer of anything really. I dont expect much, but I do expect something more then, "here is you new room key, bye." Even though the room was clean, I felt a little grimy from the prior room.
The real kicker is when I checked my bank statement the next day. They did not charge me the $190, tax-included, quoted price, but rather $230 and change. It's strange because I gave the front desk attendant my email address so they could send me my receipt. I still haven't seen my receipt, 3 days later.
So here I am, left with a horrible taste in my mouth, an overcharged credit card, and nothing to show from it but pictures of the unkempt room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ramtees Great hotel.
Fantastic service from the front door at the front desk and all the way through the lobby. All staff members were smiling and friendly, very much appreciated after going to the Denver - Patriots game. Broncos season ticket holder since 1969. Bar staff in the Irish Pub were very friendly as well. Thanks

The Westin Seaport Boston made our Birthday Celebration one to remember. A "Welcome Greet" from the Valet and Front Desk started out weekend off to a great start. The hotel is walking distance to all the "outstanding" restaurants at the Seaport area. My husband and I plan to make this an "annual" trip. Thanks for making our stay so memorable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by archygirl Great Hotel, but far away from it all
I thought that the staff was phenomenal, very accommodating and friendly, superb food onsite. The only downside was the location; it was not close to much and on a cold day was not all that great. The pub served as the base for myself and friends for gathering and enjoying a pint or two. Food was EXCELLENT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mh3265a Outstanding Service
Had a wonderful one night stay here the night of Oct 30th. Came up to watch Game 6 of the World Series and stayed at the Westin Waterfront. The service from staff was great. I particularly appreciated the welcome and service from Calvin at the front desk. He recognized my gold status and truly appreciative of my business and loyalty. I've only had that type of service at one other SPG property. He was a true professional and helped to make the trip a success. He worked to get us a room ready before normal check-in hours. He went above and beyond and it made the trip perfect. I'll stay here again when I'm in the city.
