Would be nice if everytime someone shut thier door the whole floor would not shake. A little explanation for the jackhammering would have been nice. Last during winter months do not get a room on the west side unless you like to listen to the music from the ice rink until 11pm each night.

Beautiful and luxurious in the heart of LODO, within walking distance to hundreds of great shops, bars, and restaurants. Room was comfy and quiet. V's Lounge has great atmosphere, reasonable drink prices, and wonderful bartenders. The only downside is no complimentary wifi in guest rooms.

I found the hotel extremely prohibitive with no added or even expected benefits. Wireless connection is now a free commodity is almost all hotels. I found it outrageous that I had to pay for it. The fitness room was underwhelming. Room service very expensive with no obvious justification.

The hotel was very updated and that was enjoyable. My room and any room I went into was very clean. The conference I attended was very well done from the hotel standpoint. I would say here again.

We had 20 people stay and rooms definitely differ in quality. I was placed in a room with no shampoo, used conditioner, and $5 alarm clock. Others in group had Ipod docking stations, etc. Escalated to Management with no real sense of concern or resolution.
Ask for a room on 12th floor.

Great Westin as expected, well located with nice upgraded rooms. Staff treats you as someone special. The only drawback was that my wife and I were looking forward to the pool which ended up being closed due to construction, would have been nice if that was mentioned during check in.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and the quality of the rooms and level of service are consistently good. It's right in the heart of what's happening in downtown Denver - everything is walkable. I'd vertainily recommend staying at the Westin next time you're in Denver.

Great location and great checkin. However, room service was a little rude. Came back 20 minutes after for tray pickup when wasnt called. He told me that the service charge and the room delivery charge was on the bill but it was 'only a little gratuity'. Kinda unnecessary to say!

The Westin was very comfortable and, for my needs, in a great location. My room was very quiet and easy to relax in. As good as the facility was, the staff was even better. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay a pleasurable one.

The room was fine. There was some rough spots due to age or the consideration that this was, most likely, a refurbished hotel. Generally, the room was nice, clean, good TV and comfortable bed.
The issue was with parking. I had a Thule on top of my SUV--a medium size SUV and a small Thule. Upon arrival I was told they could not park the car and told and told I had to go 3.5 blocks away because my car was too tall.
Prior to my visit, I called to ask about dog rules, valet parking, and adjoing rooms. The hotel did a great job explaining the first request and honoring the adjoining room request. No mention was made of the odd parking situation. Further, the parking down the street was not only inconvenient but also more expensive. Finally, when I brought the car back in the morning to load up, the morning valet said he thought my car would fit. Very annoyed. While I was compensated with some minimal room credit. My preference is always to have things right.
Additionally, after stopping by the front desk to have my room bill adjusted for a double internet charge, My recently emailed portfolio did not reflect that adjustment.
So generally, nice hotel--but customer service could use improving.

The staff at the Westin Hotel are top notch. I was greeted with friendly service from the bell man and front desk. Front desk assisted me with my needs. The only issue I had that was not directly related to the hotel was my SPG was not recognized due to some backoffice issue.

The walls in hotel are extremely thin. The 1st night I didn't sleep at all due to people talking in the room next to me. The hotel graciously moved me but the 2nd night I could hear all the bathroom noises from the room next door. The hotel needs to work on sound proofing.

Tried to reach hotel operator no answer, happened twice.
Hotel room door slammed shut very loud all the time.
No valet available, had to go back upstairs to front desk to reach valet.
Poor value for hotel price

Hotel is perfectly located for business purposes in downtown Denver, but it is just as good for families!!
Best rooftop pool in Denver with great view, great gym with basketball court! It's walking distance to everything...best of all...a short walk to Coors Field!!

beautiful room, great location. room service was horrible. i had to make several calls and my food didn't arrive for almost 2 hours. very disappointed that the workout facility was under construction and it was too cold to go to the gym they were allowing us to use.

I have stayed at this property numerous times and this visit by far was the worst. Having a profile on file, I was given the incorrect room and had to request to be moved. The new room had a broken television which was not fixed for two days. I called the front desk and the technician came by and said some of the floors were having issues, but that it would be fixed in the morning. The next day the television still did not work. The following evening, I made another inquiry about the television to the front desk. They were unaware of the situtation and again called the technican out. After I became upset, the front desk offered me a $25 credit towards room service. The clerk did not at all seem concerned with the situation, but rather seemed annoyed. I am certain, the clerk would not have offered me any credit, had I not complained for a second time. I was never offered to be switched to a room with a working television. The customer service in this hotel has slipped since my last visit. There are many hotel choices in Denver, and I will definitely look into another hotel for furture visits.

We picked the Westin because we knew they had very nice clean/comfortable rooms and good proximity to some nice restaurants in Larimer Square, but there were a couple of issues on the night of Feb. 14th. Having made my reservation on-line the day before, I was disapointed that I was not in the system upon check-in and had to produce my copy of my e-mail confirmation. The other issue was that our room was directly over an ice skating rink and the noise level from the music playing was annoying and distracting. After 4 hrs of listening to it, I called the front desk at 9PM to ask for a room change and was told they would look for availability and return my call. After a 20 min. wait, I had to call back to ask about the room change and was told I would be able to move to another room away from the noise which we did. Since Feb. 14th is also my wifes birthday and wanted this to be a nice experience, I want to thank the front desk for comping the bottle of wine and fruit, I would have to re-think a stay there over Valentines Day

Sound system for speakers was poor. Waffles were terrible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location within downtown area. The Palms Restaurant was excellent in the hotel. The Bar was not very appealing although the staff was excellent.

The newly remodeled swimming pool was a refreshing experience. The staff were all very well educated in the hospitality business of this Westin location in Denver.
The convenience of access is great for taking in a baseball game to a weekend getaway.

We found this hotel to be a great facility. It met our needs as far as food, drink, etc. We were especially pleased with the location. We were able to walk everywhere downtown. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay downtown.

Staff here was great- directions, recommendations and when asked for toothpaste which i had forgotten it arrived practically when i hung up the phone. Shower was incredible and rooms nicely modern and updated with plugs where you need them.

You couldn't pick a better location to stay in if you want to experience the best of downtown Denver. In addition, the staff was excellent and showed that they valued the SPG membership. I really enjoyed my stay and will come here again!

The gym was to hot. When asked to please lower the temperature a man in a suit came through held out his hands and found the temperature okay. Then the door to the pool area was propped open. The hotel needs to dobetter in that area.

This hotel was the perfect place for our conference of 180 participants. Quick room access, good meeting rooms, central lounge, Starbuck's in the lobby, and excellent healthy food! A bit expensive but good conference rates.

Place was generally nice, For some reason there was a stack of extra pillow cases on the bed. I never use the robes - good thing - the one hanging nicely in the bathroom had black hairs all over the shoulders. :-(
