Rated 5 out of 5 by Best In Class Experience I stayed at the Westin Reston for business. My team was there for 5 days. The on-site restaurant and staff were fantastic - made us feel like regulars. We hope we will have a chance to stay there again and would recommend it to others! January 19, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sorry guys you fell short Pulled up. One guy at front desk. He took two calls before he asked me to check in. He was talking about food orders. The guy behind me and the girl behind him were also upset. Asked for valet for I had alot of stuff and just wanted to go inside. Waited 25 min. No valet ever showed so I parked myself a long way away in garage 3. Finally got to my room and went to take a shower but the hot water did not work in the shower. Called housekeeping and told her when she came up. That was Friday night. It still wasnt fixed when I left Sunday. Told front desk on way out but she didnt seem interested. Went downstairs to buy snacks and drinks. Opened the mini fridge to put them in and not only was the fridge hot inside but whoever was in the room before me had their pepsi and salad still in there so it was never cleaned. Went out on the balcony and their were cigarette butts and trash on the floor. Really? I dont smoke. Went to order room service and every thing i ordered was no longer on the menu i had in the room. They brought me a copy of new menu 25 min later. There's more to this story but why bother. The response to this will be excuses and thats ok. It is what it is. April 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Super Clean GREAT Restaurant This hotel is in a great location, is very well maintained and the restaurant is amazing. This hotel often costs 350.00+ during the week and can often be enjoyed for under 120.00. This is a great weekend get away for foodies! February 17, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel except... I read in bed before going to sleep. The lighting was VERY VERY bad. In order to read a book or the paper I needed a flashlight. Otherwise the hotel was great. I hope this problem is fixed for those of us who read in bed. November 9, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable but filthy shower Overall a good stay, but the shower had mold at the bottom of the door and all along the bottom, including the tile. With that said, it kind of made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. August 30, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Delta needs to choose another hotel for their Sky Priority guests. Please know that the room we were assigned had the clock not lit, a bathroom light burned out, the task deck lamp unplugged (the plug resting on the base of the lamp) and the guest robe hanging behind the door was soiled. I was so excited to have something to wear after my 11:00 PM shower since our luggage was not available for the night. When I went to put it on I noticed a makeup ring around the collar and the heavy scent of a woman's perfume. Also our late night room service order arrived with it being cold. But, after traveling for over 24 hours from Europe anything was good. The shuttle service is anything but convenient. A huge group of guests waited for the shuttle from the airport, personally over 25 minutes. When the shuttle arrived, it was a mad rush to board and over 20 guests were left to wait. Leaving at 5 AM the next morning, the shuttle was full after 4 guests from the Westin boarded. I was sitting in the front behind the driver and mentioned an odor similar to a skunk. He said that there's some kind of leak and he's been smelling it for awhile. Why wasn't this attended to immediately? September 3, 2013
