Thank you to all the staff at the Westin. Especially Bret at the front desk. Every single employee at this hotel goes above and beyond. From the valet,front desk, manager at Ernies bar,staff at pool etc.Very nice hotel. I only had 1 complaint/concern and that was dealt with immediately by Bret. Rooms were nice. Spacious bathrooms. GREAT rain shower heads in shower. Definetly would go back when in the area.

My thoughts are: it starts at the top! The general manager (Craig) was everywhere. In a suit, he was passing out water at the pool, holding the door at the entrance, at the front desk just saying hello. WOW, I was impressed.
The bellmen/valet were very helpful and friendly. Spenser was there holding the door, carrying your luggage down the stairs, offering assistance every way he could.
I would highly recommend this hotel!!!!

From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left we felt special . Very attentive and friendly staff at front desk and throughout hotel . Property is kept at highest standards. Very green grounds . Food was excellent . The best hotel in North Dallas ! Next time we come to Dallas , this Westin will be our 1st choice. It was only 15 minutes away from downtown , very quiet and peaceful area . Plenty of good restaurants in close vicinity. A+ stay .

While my hotel stay was wonderful the Poolside Bridesmaids luncheon I hosted with the help of the Complex Restaurants and Bars with the Westin was a complete disaster! Party started at 11, I showed up at 10:30 and nothing was set up. No table cloths, no eating utensils, napkins or table to hold food. I had to go to the grill window and ask for ice water to serve to the guest while waiting on the food.The food showed up at 11:45 with no serving utensils, plates, etc. Ice tea showed up after we started eating, they didn't charge me for the tea, . Not sure where our private server was. To top it off they charged my debit card twice and didn't notify me. My bank did! After contacting the asst. manager to complain she was aware of the double charge the day of the party and credited my account which would show up in 5-7 business days. I then spoke with the manager who offered to buy me lunch the next time I was in town. He would have to buy me lunch for a year to cover the amount I paid for 2 plates of chicken Caesar salad, 1 fruit plate and some dip! When asked to have the leftovers delivered to the bridal suite they said they would be happy to give us to-go boxes. Really? We pushed the room service table that the food was on to the bridal suite ourselves. Not the server we paid for!

The best service is service that is done and not needed to be asked for. You did that remarkably. You anticipated my needs and performed them without being "in my way" of my reason for being a guest - my business activites which I was able to focus on.

We really enjoyed our sisters' weekend. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Staff were extremely nice and helpful and went above and beyond when we requested assistance. We would definitely return to this venue if we are in Frisco again. There were a couple of weddings there during our weekend, which just added to the ambiance of our weekend (joyful!).

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room was dated but learned renovations were in progress on other floors. The big issue was how thin the walls were. Our entire group was talking about it the next morning. We all travel alot and have never had walls so thin - hearing everything in the rooms next to us. Very suprising for a Westin.

This hotel is run very well. The staff is excellent and the food is great and the libations are a bargain. If you love to golf you will be in golf Heaven here because the Hotel owned portion is right out your door. Kudos to the entire staff!!!

Stayed in 4079, was told it was newly remodeled. Very nice looking, everything was great, however, dirt in the bath tub and drain was clogged. So when taking a shower, I was having to stand in muddy water.

We come every year from Oklahoma for the GOLF. for some reason the golf reservation did not get confirmed or scheduled.
ONLY HAD one NIGHT and the staff in the pro shop was so kind, fixed the mishap immediately and all was well....
Could not be happier with the way they worked out the schedule.

This was an excellent hotel however it was too far away from downtown. There is not much close by.
The staff was friendly, helpful and very courteous. They also went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable.

My wife surprised me twice this past Saturday night - first, she arranged a 50th birthday dinner for me, then I thought we were heading home when she told me to park at the Westin Stonebriar. I thought maybe we were going for drinks or dessert...but, instead, we checked in! The staff was kind enough to upgrade us to an Executive Suite.
We stay at a lot of Starwood properties, and we were pleasantly surprised that this gem was a Category 4! It's definitely worthy of more, but let's keep it affordably at a "4"!
We'll be back!

I have been traveled quite intensively for the past few years and has became a Westin fan because of the experience at Westin Stonebriar. Even among Westin hotels that I have stayed so far, including the one in Paris and the one in St. John VI, Westin Stonebriar is the best - super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby, very nice and large room with beautiful golf view, wonderful resturants, nice pool and fitness center, plus plenty of very good resturants within walking distance. WHAT MAKES THIS HOTEL STAND OUT FROM OTHER WESTINS IS THE AWSOME HOTEL STAFF,everyone is willing to go out of their way to make you feel very comfortable with your stay - from front desk (Bob, John, Arvina, Bret, Mark,Kassie, and Joe), resturants (Rose, Jordan, Barbara, Mea, Brittany, Martin, Carlos, and Roberto), and concierge (Daniel, Myles, Krishan, Nelson, Jushua, and Farhan) - HATS OFF TO THE MOST AWESOME HOTEL STAFF!

I've never experienced such a high level of customer service. It was notable in that the same level of service was consistent throughout all points of contact with staff from front desk (John) to front door, to housekeeping, wait staff and even the gentleman who made our omelets - everyone was very attentive and welcoming. I was very impressed.

Run down and outdated. Rooms are nice looking and clean but bathrooms are uncomfortable and outdated, poor quality, moldy smell throughout. Substandard toiletries. Bedding is below what most 3 star hotels or B&Bs in Europe would have.
Coffee maker in the room is decent and clean, but paper cups for coffee??? No tea or decaf either.
The hotel website states all rooms have a balcony, which is also not true. Only some, which was provided. The balcony is decent sized but empty, not a chair or a table.
Restaurant closes earlier than reception and website states, and being 3 minutes late "we can not do anything, order a room service" attitude from staff. Room service food was absolutely inedible. Really.
Much worse than was expected from Westin. Most average 3 star hotels worldwide would offer better service and quality for the money.

This is a great hotel with a fabulous staff. Everyone we encountered was very plesent and attentive to our needs. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There are great restaurants nearby, include the one in the hotel. The pool is fantastic, great for kids and adults!

Time after time, i find the entire hotel staff to be very friendly in a genuine way. Everyone from concierge, registration, housekeeping and hospitality staff go out of their way to greet you and that you feel very comfortable with your stay.

When we last stayed at the Stonebriar, our mattress was so bad, I could not sleep on it.
I was 5 months post spine surgery. I was told there were no options.
This time I spoke with the evening manager and ask if we tried one more time, could something be done about the mattress. She immediately solved the issue. Had a board placed under my side of the mattress; I slept without pain or discomfort. She was amazing with her communication skills, concern and professional approach. We are now back on track staying at the Stonebriar, as it is very close to our daughter and grandchild.
Thank you and thank her for her concern and resolution to our issue.

this is the second time that I was checking out and had to wait for 20min for bell service..I called many times and no answer then went downstairs they said they would send it but nobody came ,I called again was told he was on the way no one came ,I went back to front desk finally they had one...I had a12 hour drive to Florida and got up early so I can beat traffic this totally run me behind..Otherwise my stay was good...

First room was disgustingly dirty...second had no hot water..third was "the charm"...but why did it take 3 times to get a "Club member"?
Management made good, but troubles were too much to tag this as "enjoyable".

I really liked the $5.00 voucher daily for passing on daily room cleaning! I had asked if I still needed to place a do not disturb sign on my door and was told no, However, I do believe an attendant did enter my room and another guest said the same. Please check your system and ensure that attendants do not enter rooms and also provide do not disturb signs on the doors so guests can use them as well.
