The outside and interior of hotel are nice but the rooms are all outdated and for that I did not feel it was worth the price nor up to the standard I expect with a Westin

20+ minute wait on check-in. Elevators had problems. SInk did not drain and shower water temperature fluxuated significantly. Good meeting facilities and excellent staff.

The hotel was up to the standard in every way and exceeded expectations in the menu. Food was both healthy and flavorful. Very pleasant surprise for a business meeting.

Over all, very good. Nice lobby bar area; good facilities. I would have like a steady stream of hot water in the shower instead of hot/tepid/hot/warm. Otherwise, good.

I had to call the hotel front desk 3 times to come see about my room temp. The room was hot and muggy. When first arriving in the room, it smelled of smoke.

The room features were great, the gym and pool were very nice, and I enjoyed both the restaurant and bar service. Location was central to everything I needed.

My daughter and I enjoyed this Westin over any other we have been too. We have been to all Westins in Houston, others in Dallas, New York City and New Orleans.

The hotel lobby bar was not sufficient for the amount of people who were down looking to gather for a cocktail. Bar was understaffed for the crowd.

Friendly people from the check-in to check-out. The hotel has easy access to 75 and 635. Great interior design which has kept up with modern times.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Westin. The room was comfortable and staff very accommodating. The restaurant food was very good too!

I was checked into a room, given a key that did not work the first time around, so I had to drag my suitcases back downstairs, and get a new key. That evening about 10pm I fell asleep and someone accessed my room with a room key. Luckily I had put swung the safety latch over or they could have walked right in! Then the phone rang once, I answered and no one answered back. ten minutes later I had security at my door, through the peep-hole I made them identify themselves. The night manager and security stated that no one was officially checkeded into that room. I had to produce my ID and key when they assurred me or tried to that a mistake had been made and I was supposed to be in another room. Needless to say I was scared but managed with their reassurance to stay in that room. They instructed me to get a new key the next morning. The folks the next morning knew nothing about this situation. The poor girl who originally checked me in felt terrible and I do not blame her at all. It just seems that in such a luxury hotel such as the Westin this kind of thing should not happen, Other than this and the price of tea ($5) in the hotel dining room I loved staying here!

THIS HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY.
I THINK THE FOOD AND ALCOHOL WAS OVER PRICED.

Just a true lack of caring from the bar staff to the housekeeping staff. A disappointing stay to way the least.
